Never received the item and ignoring my messages…
I needed a specific item for a going away present. Paid extra for expedited shiping with the guarentee that I would receive it in 4-6 days. It has now been 12 days and still not here. Sent 3 messages to the company and all were ignored.

Due to some technical issues, I was not able to see your messages until today.
Your order was placed on the 25th and shipped on the 27th. Once shipped, it is out of my hands. Due to recent weather and road conditions your item may have been delayed in arriving. I see in the tracking that at one point it was in the hands of FedEx from 1/29 - 2/4. Not much I could do about that.

I see also that you had your bank reverse the charge so that now you have my product for free. Even though I could do nothing about what the post office system was doing after I shipped the product. So you believe that your item getting stuck in the delivery system was enough excuse for you to cheat me and the system and get the hat for free? Then you give me a bad review?
