scammers scam you with sky-high pricing and false promises. DO NOT USE

Lures you in with a free trial to test a study. Doing a test study with several participants and putting in all the data I could not use any of it because trial has a 2 participant limit? How can I test the tool which uses testing methods and analysis with only two participants. Worst customer experience in a while and total waste of time. Thank you!

Oh OW. It used to be brilliant... but then they changed their pricing strategy, to fund other products. Once the subscription has expired there's no access to your studies for analysis, despite having paid for the study. With that, I wouldn't recommend, nor will be using again going forward.

I used Optimal Workshop to conduct Card Sort and Tree Testing for my class project and having this tool truly makes a difference in how effortlessly you can set up and collect insights about the user experience.

I like the platform and the support provided but in comparison to other similar survey providers Optimal is quite expensive. I have used the survey and the card sort. The experience so far has been rewarding. I really do not like the automatic renewal . I believe it is impersonal

Great piece of software. Easy to use and the data report visualisations make analysis really simple and intuitive.

The site is so intuitive! That makes it easy for users to complete the instructions to conduct research.

These products have sped up our work immensely, and allowed us to gather much more data. The tools for assessing the results make it really easy (and the outputs look great on reports!).

We have used Optimalworkshop in our university in some UX studies for academic purposes. We have developed the design phase of the web communication project with the Optimalsort, Treejack and Chalmark tools.
In our experience, there is no UX toolkit like Optimalworkshop globally. We are completely satisfied and we absolutely recommend its use in web communication projects with a UX perspective.

This platform is easy to use. and I appreciate for the students discount.

I have worked in industry and now teach UX evaluation. I always recommend Optimal Workshop to my students, and use the products myself in research projects. The products are easy to use and effective, and the staff are always helpful and responsive. Top marks from me.
