Whilst the quality of the product is very good, I find the pricing very high! It seems to get quite alot more expensive each year that I use it. I will likely shop around the next time I want to create my annual family photobook.

Good price-quality. Speedy delivery

The photo album was amazing. I love the prints and I was impressed that I received my order before the promised date. The only part I was unhappy was I only managed to send my order in after my 3rd time. I spent at least 1.5hrs to sort and edit but it did not go through and this happened twice and I almost gave up. Luckily, I tried one more time and it went through smoothly and by then I missed out some pictures that I really wanted to add initially. It's ok I am happy with the end product ☺.

Hi, I just placed my photo book order yesterday evening 6th. The estimated delivery dates is misleading. Your product details and home page shown that est. delivery date on 11 jan - 13 jan, but I received my order confirmation with est delivery on 14-17 jan. this is a farewell gift for my colleague, and I need it on 13jan. Ordered a aluminum wall print, the print was very low quality and was not at all what was shown on the website. My order number is 20604306

I ordered because you noticed the estimate arrival time was 7th to 8th Dec. I wanted to pass those cards to my friends on 10th Dec and had to leave Singapore on 11th Dec.
I could not receive those cards before leaving Singapore….
I want to request you refund.

the website was easy to navigate. the product was printed on thick quality paper & best of all my product arrived within 4days ...im amazed !

Your Customer Support Help staff did not understand my technical ptoblem despite me writing 2x. I wanted to remove the Singapore public holidays from my calendars but your IT system did not allow it. I wrote in but your staff does not understand English and did not help to resolve my problem.

It was extremely fast delivery and system was easy to use.

Although it was nice to see my customised design printed on a mug, my experience was extremely disappointing. Having placed the order in Singapore on the Singapore website, my order was inexplicably sent to London to be printed, resulting in a 5-day delay in the stated delivery time. The quality of the print is decent but the white mug itself has a grey triangle spanning three-quarters of the lip of the mug (not included in my design!) Overall, it was a doubly disappointing experience as the mug is meant to be a meaningful gift for family. No one should feel apologetic to give a gift or have to reconsider giving it! Will not utilise Optimal Print again.

Happy with the album and it arrived fast as expected. Its affordable and The quality is good and clear! I might do another round soon! Thanks for this

Made a cup for my aunt as Christmas present. Cup costs about 9 dollars after black Friday 50% off discount, however shipping is another 9 dollars so it wasnt much of a discount after all. Cup arrived in about 1 week, vibrant colours and boxed up with protective layer. Thanks!

Easy to customise and design, and product was shipped in perfect condition so I guess the high shipping cost is justified.

Please do not order from optimalprint if you expect it to reach on time. I ordered a magic mug (heat changing) on the 13th November 2021. Few days later on the 20th November 2021, they emailed me saying that it was on the way. The Estimated Delivery Arrival was supposed to be on the 19th Nov - 24th Nov. So then I emailed them on the 26th Nov because my item hasn’t arrive and they said “Since the order has not reached you on time, to solve this issue faster for you I have now placed a free reprint. The reprint is set to arrive between: Fri 3 Dec - Wed 8 Dec” As of now, it’s the 28th November and I received another email saying that the order was “Confirmed” again and now the Estimated Delivery Arrival will be on the 3rd Dec - 8th Dec. So now I won’t be surprised if they actually reconfirm my order again on the 8th Dec. Please do not order from this company if you expect it to be on time or even receive your order lmao.

Unable for me to add in texts, find it limited or no options for me to improve the layout, textings, etc.
