Surely a scam! Placed an order. No tracking delivery number; nobody to help. Don’t trust. Item never delivered.

My order (photobook) came on time however, the photos were not aligned to the layouts. Not 1 but 2 of the main pictures. 1 came with 1/2 the pic the other was 1/4 of a photo. I am surprise the staff didn’t check before printing or delivery. I contacted via help desk, after 20hrs nobody reply to the raised tickets.
It’s meant as a gift for my bestie, I am very sure she will be so upset to receive a gift like this.

I have been using different companies to print books, posters, cards, mugs etc... around the globe for 2 decades now.
Optimalprint has a worldwide option, which is great when you move around or when you want to ship calendar, books, posters, mugs and so on from Singapore to Canada, USA, France and co!
The designs are often the same YoY , so that is one thing you should work on, propose new /different designs.
On books preparation, it s often more practical to do the page design on the side as the software is not smart enough to allow us to crop or zoom the pictures ( and print it as saved) , move them around the page as we want -
I had the bad experience, to have to redo a all book with another app because you could not do what i was expecting as a design.
If you order often - I would recommend the optimal+ if the price is still affordable .... check if it makes sense for you.

I've received very quickly the poster which was nice and seemed good quality.
I was desappointed by the frame which has no glass and it was very difficult to insert the poster.

I love how easy it is to use the Optimal print software app to put together all my pictures into an album. Found it much easier than other Photo-book softwares in the market. The album came exactly as how I arranged it on the app. Pictures are clear, shipping was quick and the album packaged securely. Definitely going to continue using optimal print!

I had problems with the colour of photos on a poster; they were much paler than the originals. After a reprinting and the same problem, the customer care team suggested reformating from RGB to CMYK and the subsequent printing was perfect. Excellent customer care!

This website feels like a scam - ordered prints worth $60 and it's been a week with no update on delivery (delivery date is now a few days past)

I should've seen the warning flags - no phone number, no contact email, no way to contact support actually! If you check their website and look at support, it only shows you generic FAQs but no way to contact them directly. Emails they send are from a noreply address so there's also no way to contact them via email.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I've just been scammed!

very bad quality of printing. waste of money. uploaded a black and white photo. delivered a red photo. very very bad and not professional.

Update with more information:
The purchase was for an aluminium print. Delivery in Singapore.
Prior to checkout the estimated delivery fee was $9.90. At checkout the delivery fee was $62. I did not complete the order, hence no reference code.

I have not received the item yet. Makes it worse since it appears that you are not aware and are asking me for feedback on something I haven't seen yet.

I am really grateful to optimal print for expediting a work of mine meant for a special occasion.

The end product (metal print) was gorgeous and the quality and value of their service is unrivalled.

The website is not user friendly.
Hence I selected wrongly photo without frame
I vaguely remember selecting it and even choosing a dark brown frame.
My order didnt have take frame.
It might be my mistake and wanted to order a frame to fit my painting.. however this shop doesnt sell frame alone. It must comes with a photo painting.

Ordered a photo book for my daughter’s upcoming birthday from OptimalPrint and the overall experience was great. The website is well built. Photo book customisation is easy to use and the printed images and book feel is better than I expected. Thank you OptimalPrint.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Optimalprint’s photo printing service. Despite placing my order last week with the expectation of timely delivery, things went downhill rapidly.

Firstly, there was a complete lack of communication regarding the status of my order. Today was the scheduled delivery date, yet I received no updates from their logistic provider. It was only after I took the initiative to call the logistics company myself that I discovered my order was damaged - apparently, it got wet.

When I tried to contact Optimalprint for support, the process was tedious and time-consuming. Navigating through their website was a hassle, and I had to try several methods before I could even access a live chat with a customer service agent. It was only then that they began to investigate the issue with their provider.

Their solution? A reprint of the order or a full refund. However, neither of these options serves my needs. The reprint means another week of waiting due to the same logistic provider's involvement, with no guarantee of safe delivery. The full refund, while appreciated, doesn’t help with the fact that I urgently need these prints for my Chinese New Year preparations.

This entire ordeal has been incredibly time-consuming and stressful. The lack of proactive communication, inefficient customer service, and absence of convenient solutions have made this experience exceedingly disappointing.

I am left with doubts about Optimalprint's ability to deliver quality service and meet customer needs effectively. For anyone considering using their service, I would suggest looking elsewhere to avoid similar frustrations.

The quality is really good and the speed was fast.

Information provided for the item was clear. The process to customise the cards and place order was easy. I am happy with the product quality and speed of delivery.
