Excellent merchandise

The quality of the calendars are excellent the paper is good and the prints of photos are brilliant .We personalised calendars to send to our special guests for Xmas and these are perfect 👌 Waiting time for our delivery was less than 5 days and this was free shipping in the black Friday sale .The cost of the calendars also was in black Friday sale so we did well all round
We certainly will be using Optimalprint in the near future for Christmas cards and other merchandise .Thank you Optimal for producing excellent quality merchandise.

Pictures on mugs fade in no time

2 x mugs given as Christmas presents and the pictures are fading in less than a month.
Now August and the pictures look like ghosts.
14-day return -RUBBISH - how can you know it is going to fail so soon.

Delivery issue but all good in the end. Well done Optimalprint!

Update, my prints were delivered today in time for Xmas and my friends are over the moon with their Xmas gift. Whether my previous rating/review (below) had any effect or not I'm now a very happy customer and happy to give full praise where it's due.

I ordered two brushed aluminium wall prints for delivery to friends in France as a Xmas present. Despite Optimalprint being more expensive than other printers for a similar product I chose them because they have a French branch and were promising delivery by 22nd Dec. It's now the 22nd and I've been contacted by DPD saying they've rescheduled delivery for the 26th even though it's sitting at the local depot. Technically not Optimalprint's fault but it's their sub-contractor. If I had known they couldn't meet their delivery promises I'd have saved some money and gone elsewhere. And boo to DPD!
