No customer support and disengaging business

When the package arrived, it was in very poor condition. Even though there was a bright orange sticker on the envelope that said “Do Not Bend,” the package was clearly bent. It looked as if something heavy had gone over it. The bubble mailer was ripped open, very dirty, the contents were visible, and both my Christmas card orders and the envelopes were bent and folded.

I’m relieved that I received a free shipping coupon because the original shipping cost that was quoted felt quite high, especially considering how my package arrived. I understand this is a busy time of year, but I still expect a reasonable level of care, especially when an item is clearly marked not to be bent.

I also want to mention that the packaging didn’t seem sturdy enough for a larger order of 65 cards. Even a piece of cardboard inside the mailer would have offered some protection. The bubble envelope on its own wasn’t enough.

I attempted to reach out to customer service but there was literally no one to connect with about my order. The only assistance available was a live chat that repeatedly did not work.

When you can not connect with a company about your experience or look for a way to correct an order you decide to never use the company again. Sadly there is a HUGE disconnect.

I rated my order 2 starts as they were cute. Sadly photos were cut off even when I reviewed it prior and didn’t see this when verifying my design.

Photo was a little too dark

I found that the photo received was slightly darker than my original. I’ll still use it but thought best to mention this

The mug I ought is temperature…

The mug I ought is temperature sensitive which is perfect but I printed something that in preview of print was OK but in delivered one it was awckward. I wanted to return unfortunately Noone answered me. Customer service is terrible!

My order # 34718118 received on Nov. 10/25…..my book contained several duplicate photos, was not submitted that way. I complained about the quality of the order on the website and requested a refund, Have not heard anything.

They do a great job until there is a…

They do a great job until there is a problem. Can’t leave a message for customer service and their AI bot is useless.

So Happy With Our Personalized Family Calendars

I made personalized family calendars as Xmas gifts. The site was easy to use, adding photos, special dates and arranging the layouts etc. The calendars arrived today roughly a week after ordering them. They are very high quality and the photos look excellent. I'm so glad I found a Canadian source for personalized calendars and will be using Optimalprint from now on!

A very user friendly app to create calendars, books and photos. If I had a problem the AI chat was extremely helpful for accurate advice. The delivery was one time as promised. I am truly grateful that this experience was flawless.

Not happy with the results

I am a first time customer and I don’t think I will be returning. I have been making calendars for many years and the previous company lost my order. I decided to try Optimal Print. The majority of my photos are pixelated and grainy. While making the calendar they looked great. I didn’t zoom in on pictures and they weren’t sent from instagram etc. They were on my laptop. Not once was there a “warning” saying picture not good quality for printing etc. I made 2 calendars..thankfully for 70% off because neither are gift worthy.
