Ordered a pair of prescription eyeglasses. Sent the same prescription that I have had for years. The frames were not in stock so delivery was delayed. Finally got the glasses and they made my eyesight worse. I returned them asking for the correct lenses to be installed. Staff at the company spent weeks blaming me (for what I don't know) before finally refunding the purchase price when I advised that I would request a chargeback from my bank.

Excellent service and fast delivery to Saudi Arabia
It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The sunglasses are 100% authentic and exactly as described, which gave me great confidence in the purchase. What impressed me the most was how fast the delivery was all the way to Saudi Arabia—much quicker than expected. Overall, very reliable service and I would definitely recommend them.

Very good
I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses two days ago and the sunglasses have arrived within the range of 48h. The delivery has been paid separately (5€) but I assume it is because it was international shipment.
The glasses have arrived in perfect conditions. The only thing I am missing is a hard case to protect the product. It is expensive enough to cover the price of the case and also it is worth it to be protected

Pathetic
Pathetic . They Told shipping Sunglass is free and charged 30 Francs and 60 rappen where as the the duty and import charges are just 8 francs 60 rappen . So they overcharged me by 22 Francs . DUPING Cutomers . I will avoid doing transaction with them and suggest same to everyone
