Our iMac copmputer was seriously ailing and required a major repair. Krish of Optima quickly diagnosed the problem and within a couiple of days the computer was fully repaired and working like new. All along, we were regularly kept informed of progress. A quick, reliable and expert service

Compute screen stopped working . I rang Optima with my issue. They booked my computer in the next day. Ibraheem was polite and professional . Explained everything and provided a quote next day .front of house service could be improved . Receptionist not very friendly.

I needed a battery replacement. The computer was checked while I went for a walk, confirmed that the battery was the sole problem. The replacement battery arrived the following week and was installed in a day. It could have been done while I waited if this had suited me. All working well. The staff were all helpful and courteous, I was kept updated by phone and email throughout.

Optima deliver are very professional, friendly and well priced service

I wish I had used Optima Computers years ago! The service was excellent and the remote assessment and then the work was just what I needed, reassuring and fairly priced. The computer was collected and returned within 24 hours in time for Easter weekend and they even checked that I had another device to use whilst without my PC. I will not hesitate to use Optima again.

Optima replaced the trackpad on my sons MacBook Air. This was all done in 48 hours from problem diagnosis to resolution. Great service. Cheaper than I was expecting and a fraction of the price that Apple quoted.

I spoke to one of their engineers, Peter, who within a couple of questions immediately identified my audio problem and told me how to fix it. I'd spent a very long time trying to fix it myself and now wish I'd called them earlier! Very good service.

Excellent service from Optima Computers. I had a broken laptop which they fixed quickly. The comms at all stages were clear about what was going on. Nice location in NW London.
