2-2.5x price hike at checkout, plus cancellation and refund issues
Recently I placed an order and they apparently had a hard time verifying my prescription. It took over 10 emails back and forth to get them to cancel and refund it. As of writing this, it still isn't cancelled and refunded.
Also, as with a lot of other 3rd rate online contact sellers, expect to have a 2-2.5x price increase at the last step of checkout. More reputable places, like Costco, don't do this and are far more transparent and easy to work with. You might save a tiny bit of money through OptiContacts but you will pay more than that with frustration and wasted time.
I'll be passing on OptiContacts in the future.

Extremely dishonest with their pricing and shipping. I have orders that are $44 in the cart and then $150 at checkout and they try to hide the numbers and keep the text as small as possible to push you into paying way more than you expected. They lie about free shipping too.
