The glasses I ordered arrived only in a…

The glasses I ordered arrived only in a protective pouch, without the manufacturer’s case that is always included. There was not even any protective film on them - just the pouch and a cardboard box.

Aside from the fact that they could easily have been damaged in transit, as a pouch alone does not provide proper protection, I do not understand how an incomplete order could be shipped like this. Oakley always includes a case.

Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Took my money for a product that’s not available 🤷‍♂️

Ordered a pair of designer glasses on their website, paid £107 only to be told the item was no longer available. Have to wait over two weeks to get my money back!
If an item is no longer available, why are they taking orders and peoples money ?? 😡

Good Experience

I ordered green glasses, convinced that I ordered black ones, they arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, without any problems - I caused the problem, I wrote an email because I thought I had received the wrong product. The optician responded to my cynical email very politely, and after I realized the mistake, I am writing this review with an apology email to at least make up for it a little.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience, order was processed quickly and received 1 week later in Australia. That is quicker than most deliveries from within Australia. Shipping costs were reasonable but the price of the sunglasses is way more competitive than in Australia. I tried the sunglasses on locally so knew what model I was looking for. Very happy and would buy from here again.

£44 Hidden Import Fees and 1-Month Delivery Delay

I ordered £149 prescription Persol glasses from Optica-Optima. The glasses are 100% authentic and the prescription is accurate.

However, DHL later charged an extra £44 for UK import VAT and fees that were not clearly disclosed at checkout. Delivery also took over 1-Month.
UK buyers should note prices do NOT include UK taxes or courier fees.

Fast Shipping to Sydney Oz 🇦🇺& Reliable Price

Dear Optica Optima Team,

I’d like to say how impressed I am with the shipping my Prada glasses arrived in Sydney from Spain in just three days after New Year, which is amazing. Prada is my favourite brand, so thank you for the great service on delivery.

However, I wanted to follow up regarding the frame colour issue. The original colour I ordered was sold out, but it was still listed on your website and allowed me to add it to my cart and complete payment.

Your provider kindly offered the same style in a different frame colour with a $15 price difference, which I accepted. However, I haven’t yet received the partial refund for this amount.

Be careful!!!

Be careful, I have ordered Ray-Ban sunglasses from them on Black Friday and I got a parcel with everything but the glasses. I contacted them with all the evidence with no cooperation nor credibility. I already reported the company with all the details, emails, and papers to the police and the consumer protection agency. Think twice before buying anything from them.

Paid $320 for Prada and received…

Paid $320 for Prada and received sunglasses with quality of AliExpress, all crooked, stinky and scratched all over.
Will live a link with pictures later on.
Stay away from this website, sunglasses are fake.People who left 5 star review probably just don’t know the difference between fake and authentic sunglasses.

One of the best optical shops that offers good prices and high quality brands. I received my prescription Giorgio Armani eyeglasses perfectly fitted with the lenses it took only 3 days to receive it via DHL. Customer service is also very responsive to my queries. Highly recommended.

Excellent reliable and speedy service. I ordered a pair of Gucci over-sized women’s sunglasses on Thursday and they arrived on Monday. The sunglasses are in perfect condition and are much cheaper than other retailers. I highly recommend Optica Optima.

Wrong glasses and refuse to exchange

They sent the wrong glasses, they drag things out to get you to drop the complaint, and they refuse to exchange them. Delivery was very fast, yes, but I hope you're lucky enough to get what you paid for.

Didnt get order

I ordered the Versace VE4461 glasses a month ago tomorrow, and I still haven’t received them. The order status has been stuck on “waiting for delivery from supplier,” and I haven’t received any updates or emails from the seller. What’s even worse is that on their website, the product page still says “delivery in 7–10 days,” which is completely misleading — it said the same thing when I placed my order a month ago. Very disappointing experience.
