One of the worst service is oppo I gave my mobile in oppo service center to replacement of screen now it's more then 1 month till now there is no update friends place avoid this oppo mobile because after purchasing you will definitely face problems

Phone oppo x5pro . I had high hopes as thought it would be on the same level as Huawei , How wrong was i. Phone constantly freezes and crashes or just restarts for no apparent reason. I will not be getting another one upon upgrading.

Please make an edge phone in 2024, I use 3 phones x3 neo, 4 pro 5g, 5pro 5g and I don't want to leave edge if I upgrade, I've been waiting for several years for you to release an edge

Oppo Reno 10 5G selfie camera extremely noisy, grainy under indoor lighting and low lighting. Service centre insists that the quality is ok and doesn't provide replacement/refund.

Considering the amount of negative comments I'm not sure whether I should be posting this. I purchased the oppo find x5 pro as a used phone over a year ago. To be honest, it's been fabulous. Left my Samsung S21 standing, A couple of things I really noticed was speed and the GMS signal. I can't fault it. The only complaint is. I wish there was more choice of fonts.

After 1 year usage green lines suddenly appearing one by one who knows in few days green lines will cover the whole screen and turn it to a piece of junk, wasting big amount for buying this phone so disappointed.

I have a OnePlus phone and since I couldn't get a OnePlus watch, I did some research and found the Oppo Watch Free which is a part of BBK Electronics which also make OnePlus phones, it thankfully works perfectly with my phone.
I ordered the watch after looking at some reviews and it's exactly what I was looking for, it's not too expensive and it's not a cheap build.
The Bluetooth has a mind blowing range, the display is crystal clear, I love the functions especially the torch mode, it definitely comes in handy when I've dropped something in the dark.
I love how I can have a custom watch face and I can also change the straps to some pretty funky ones. I find the sleep tracking and freestyle workout mode helpful. The functions of the watch are very quick and the Cornering Gorilla Glass makes this display tougher than my previous watches.
Oppo shipped the device incredibly fast, I ordered it at 23:40 and within an hour it had already shipped and was on the way to me 😱

I've been using this watch everyday and I thoroughly enjoy using it, it makes daily tasks so much easier to keep on time with and it also keeps me on track with my alarms, instead of a peaceful melody from my phone's alarm which I now unfortunately sleep through, this watch vibrates on my wrist and I actually wake up!
I definitely recommend this watch to anyone.

Purchased this November 22, 3 months later starts misbehaving. I lift if up to answer a call, it's binging in the background. I put the thing down, it's binging. In my handbag, binging away to itself like an loon.
I'm in the middle of doing something on Google, it just closes the window and reverts back to the main screen.
Same thing on DuckDuckGo.
Same thing on WhatsApp, and you guessed it, binging all the way. I try to record a voice message in WhatsApp, blimming binging in the background all during the message.
I can't believe this rubbish came out of Korea.
This 'software hardware whatever' glitch nobody can seem to fix because when I take it in the little fecker behaves, and therefore it remains unreturnable. Halfway home in the car, binging....
Avoid like the plague.
Can't wait for this contract with EE to come to and end so this contrary piece of rubbish can go straight into the recycling bin, for scraps.

Keeps on switching itself to silent mode, leading to missed calls, memory card works independently, cant use memory card as default storage phone gets full with only apps on it. Useless mobile phone I ever bought... Pity there is no 0 level review

Bought an OPPO mobile phone through O2 shop in March 2023. All seemed good until it just suddenly died for no apparent reason after 5 months. Phone was well charged, no accidental damage and no neglect. However, they've had the cheek to tell us that it's not covered under warranty. Complaint now raised through O2

Use to love Oppo phones till I purchased the Reno 8 Pro which was amazing at the start but it is constantly having issues with WiFi just dropping out really frustrating

DONT BUY!!! I purchased the Oppo Reno8 Pro 5G, expecting durability. However, it fell into a pool recently, and it stopped working immediately. The phone's IP54 rating was no help, and I believe it should handle accidental water exposure better.

What's even more disappointing is that despite reaching out to Oppo's customer service, I haven't received any meaningful assistance. The damages were solely due to water exposure, not external forces like dropping or tampering.

I hope Oppo improves the water resistance of their flagship models and provides better customer support. While the phone has great features, its water resistance let me down, and the lack of assistance adds to the frustration.

The Reno8 Pro 5G's water resistance falls short of expectations, and potential buyers should be aware of this limitation, along with the poor customer support concerns.

Worst phone I've ever had plus locked in to an 18 month contract 😭 camera was supposed to be incredible it's not and I can't open a single thing in this phone without adds popping up they even Pop up mid typing and I've tryed everything I can to switch them off I will definitely never have another oppo phone just terrible 😔

The Oppo is a piece of junk - do not buy! Everything about it is wrong. Here are just a few: the volume control on the side of the phone right where your hand natural goes to hold it - consequently you will be unwittingly and steadily turning off the volume - leading to missed calls. Horrible swipe button to take calls, which doesn't always swipe, means constantly trying to swipe the button, failing and missing the call. I could got on - but already becoming angry, so will stop here... DO NOT BUY ONE and end up crazed like me!

Hey guys, pls don't go to buy oppo phone . My phone is F21s pro. My phone display touch got problem while using its manufacturing defect. In the warranty period they says u have to pay for display, it's really cheating guys plz it's my own experience from oppo
