Your mistake is costing me!!!
My wife and I have had loans with this company before, unfortunately this time around we are having issues because the agent that took our payment made the mistake of not splitting our payment like we SPECIFIED so that we could cover the monthly dues and work our budget more efficiently. Rocio-5384 according to our receipt took our payment into the first payment instead of listening to our instructions of making half the amount for 11/1 and the other half for 11/16. So now I'm "late" on the 11/16 payment thanks to her error and the customer service agent Graciela Ponce gave us a false number to contact assistance
