WARNING - FRAUD

WARNING! Do not trust this website, and do not place an order. I ordered 2 gifts on December 12, 2020 and was advised they had shipped. Neither recipient received their gifts, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I have been unsuccessful.

This company (opopobuy.com) appears to be fraudulent

This company is pretty clearly bogus - a shell website that is replicated quickly selling products that can be found online from other vendors at unbelievable prices. I was seduced by a Facebook ad.

I ordered a set of items, including what I later learned to be a popular jigsaw puzzle made by Unidragon.com. I placed the order on December 11. The website says they send items within 12 hours after purchase. I contacted them within a couple of hours to request a change of shipping address. I contacted them every day thereafter until 12/16, with no response. I looked up the email address on my PayPal receipt and I see it has a history of fraudulent business selling gifts from made up vendors.

I now understand that the two addresses I had for Opopbuy.com (one from their website, and one from paypal recipt), are also the same ones as MissYouNow.com, which is listed as a fraudulent business on itisreviewec.com

It seems to be the same shell website associated with stareplain.com. They are selling the same products, and they have almost the identical about page

I started flagging similar shell companies on Facebook and commenting on the pages, until I was blocked by the companies and FB didn't see anything in violation of their policies.

On 12/18 I got an email suggesting that the package with all the gifts I ordered have been sent. I do not believe that this is true; I believe it's an attempt to make it look like Opopbuy sent them and then have blame placed on the mail system. This was reinforced when I tried to use the tracking number and got an error message.
