First of all, we do not sell used tires. Every product sold is original and new. All tires for sale with us are new and meet the generally accepted standards specified by the manufacturers. Tires up to 3 years old, in accordance with current standards, are classified as new tires.

I ordered new tires for a caravan GT Radial Kargomax ST-6000 185/80 R14 104/102 N C. Delivery was in three days! dot code 0324 and 0424 approx 4 month old.I was very satified as for caravan tires the 6 year limit is important for germany's tempo100 certificate.

When is 48hrs not 48hrs? Oponeo have redefined time!
Ordered 4 tyres on 48hrs delivery, paid significantly more per tyre for the 48hrs.
2 days later, 3 tyres arrived! Called and was told by super rude staff that 48 hrs only starts the day after order (order made a few mins after midday, a made up rule that is not stated anywhere on the website and as the other 3 were delivered on time, I’ll leave you to judge)!
They will constantly state that orders after midday are considered next day, but this is not stated ANYWHERE on the website or during the order process. It’s simply something they have either made up or been non transparent with their customers.
I didn’t realise the company was based in Poland as it’s a Dutch website, and this is where things are shipped from. This is possibly why delivery is unreliable and therefore why they are not transparent. Had I known I would have ordered from a local company so hopefully delivery is more reliable.
Now too late as had to cancel installation and won’t have new tyres for a long road trip.
Company now refusing to collect the three tires as I dont agree to having to pay to return.
Most of all just the rudest and most unhelpful customer service. You have been warned!

Our customer service always offers every customer the right service. We have tried to explain only the rules and also the content of the general terms and conditions. Any order placed after 12 p.m will be shipped the other working day. Your order was shipped on Tuesday and the delivery time ends on Thursday, so tomorrow.
Courier delivered today 3 tires, the last tire remained in depot for an unknown reason and is expected to be delivered tomorrow, so still on time. As for collection costs, they are permanent and are clearly stated in our general terms and conditions. If you are not interested in these delivered tires, we can collect them, unfortunately collection costs will apply. If you don't want to get the 4th tire either, you should simply refuse it.
Our sincere apologies for this annoying situation and the inconvenience.

Avoid this company
Very poor customer service. This company is totally unresponsive. I've asked six times to receive an invoice for my order. No reply whatsoever for over a month.

The reply of the company (see below) is a lie. I have sent a total of 5 emails containing a request for an invoice, the first one on December 6th, which is the SAME day as my order (as their confirmation emails did not contain a receipt, which is weird in any case). All these emails were sent to info at oponeo.nl.
