Don’t waste your time, it’s terrible.

Don’t work for this company, you’d be wasting your time. The pay is stupid in comparison to others, and it’s a very stressful place to work with unnecessary micromanagement. The people who review are dumb egotistical insecure and unprofessional people , whose reviews sometimes make no sense other than the fact that they are trying to prove they are better than you. But they still end up looking like fools by overcompensating and sounding like sex crazed novices, not in the likeness of real people on chats at all. There are barely any messages to answer yet you have to meet a target that isn’t feasible else you get kicked out and not paid. This is probably because the reviewers are useless and make the process longer than it should be. I work for others and there’s barely any micromanagement and always a constant stream of messages with good pay. Most importantly it’s fun because no one is sending you dumb reviews and talking down on you all the time. People do much better without micromanagement. You start to get discouraged and the fun is gone when someone keeps telling you constantly about unnecessary corrections. All in all, stay away from them except you want to work with pitiable pay and get irritated by the reviewers. Try out others, a much better use of your time.
