While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Am currently shadowbanned too...
Am currently shadowbanned with no warning or explanation. They don't even do a very good job of hiding it either (total post count doesn't increase after your post, even though it appears to you that it is there). Have also verified using multiple devices.
Drop these losers, Fox News. Use someone else.
Once again I am being "shadow banned"…
Once again I am being "shadow banned" in the Fox News comment section now operated by OpenWeb. I cannot get replies or likes from other posters on my comments. This very same thing happened to me about 2 years ago and no matter if I signed up with a new account it would still shadow ban me the same way telling me they are likely working off peoples IP addresses. I went through Trustpilot the last time this happened and the comment platform got ahold of me through my email address and corrected the issue. Thank you Trustpilot for making that possible. I believe there are certain moderators who have a bias and are attacking certain accounts whose postings they disagree with. My shadowban issue started on 1/15/21. Your help with matter would be much appreciated to help me and my 1st amendment right to clean free speech unobstructed by a few suppressors who disagree with others heart felt comments.
Pros and Cons, mostly Pros
I spend a lot of my time arguing politics online. Yes, I realize that's pathetic. Anyway, OpenWeb is my favorite comment engine so far. The inline editing and ease of following the conversations are superior to both Disqus and LiveFyre.
The email links bring you straight to the relevant comment and and open editing window so that you can write your reply quickly.
Selecting text brings up a pop-up menu that allows you to change font effects (bold/italic, etc), which is much better than any existing product.
My only complaint is that you can't write a reply email and have it automatically post to the site. That would obviously reduce traffic on the client website so it won't be implemented by any comment engine. ever.
But it would be nice.
