0penpay is a excellent company to do business with, Their APP is very easy to use plenty of places to shop at and the process is easy to go through with good options that can be used. A good and safe place to be able to get those things that you need a little time to pay but not too much that you could get in trouble,

No problems and straight forward transactions.

Openpay is a great alternative to Afterpay. I no longer use Afterpay, only Openpay as it is easier to use and available at more of the stores I shop at. Openpay is transparent and I highly recommend it

ETA response to openpay reply. I was given a loan and openpay paid $800 to a vet. I only need the loan for 24hours. Openpay then would not let me access my account to repay the loan and asked me for a "selfie" to verify my account. They already had my licence, bank card and more. The supervisor admitted that I should not have been given the loan as I had not completed the full verification process and that they had issues with this in recent months.

Great experience, easy plan paid off. No problems at all.

Easy to use website, longer payment period resulting in smaller amount for each payment, great service and ease of use

It’s an average buy now pay later service only things I don’t like is every payment has a $2 dollar service fee and you have to pay about a quarter of the purchase upfront

I would say I was very fortunate and lucky to have my car fixed and paid for when I really needed that support.
I would recommend to anyone to use this service.

Over all I like the Openpay,
I have been using it to get a good collection of tools, I don't have to outlay the whole price in one hit which is great. When one plan ends I go and get a new tool and the whole process starts again.
If Openpay reads this, if you can add a function that allows you to payout the rest of the plan in one hit that would be awesome. Been a few items I have paid out the remaining balance and you go through the process 5 or 6 times, even if it's in another part of the app to stop accidental payouts.

Openpay its convenient to use help’s split the cost over time.

Bad service.

Had an account for over a month now, went to use for first time at Bunnings (made sure there was enough money on debit card for 1st payment), was declined.

Customer service is even worse.

Stay away and use Afterpay.

Excellent service, no wait time to answer, problem quickly solved and very polite and courteous assistant.
