Súper easy to use and easy to pay. Love the idea of have more than 4 fortnight payments as other providers.

Sign up was easy, but after I made my first payment - I immediately went to pay my bill the next day and my account was locked. I called support, and they said their internal systems were offline and to call back another time. I called back later, and they were still offline.

When I finally got in touch with support, they said we just need you to respond to an email and you will get your account unlocked, and then they hang up the call. When I received the email, they wanted me to send copies of my personal identity documentation via email to a shared email inbox that almost certainly all of OpenPay's customer support team can access.

This is extremely outdated and insecure practices for identity verification. I refused to provide my information via these insecure method, but was still eager to identify myself and there was no other option.

I would not be surprised if this email inbox for OpenPay has thousands of their customers ID documentation waiting to be compromised by a third party, or a malicious insider. It is ridiculous we have to deal with such practices in this modern age.

It was a very easy experience. Also I had some financial difficulty for a month and Open Pay was very accomodating.

I find Openpay is the easiest to use compared to other get now pay later on tge market.

Love Openpay, so easy to use and can always check payments, limits and plans on the app. Will definitely use as required.

The approval process is simple and straightforward and the repayments are affordable
