Waiting months for an order
Waiting months for an order. Emailed and got a bogus reply with tracking info but the tracking doesnt work. So im assuming money lost and have to spend more money on what I ordered.

SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! I ordered product on 2/21/2026 and never received. When I reach out they said that it was not deliverable and that I would have to pay for product loss and new shipping cost. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered a product from them and never received it. Company uses an Ai generated shipment tracking system that makes it look like package was shipped. Confirmed by US postal service. Company is a scam set up to steal money and your info. Buyer beware.

Product was what I expected, yes
Product was what I expected, however the price escalated to $67, which was much more than I expected, as the product was marketed here in Australia at $26
Other than that I’m happy with the outcome, and look forward to getting many years of service
