Bought a observation bag from open house had a problem with DPD leaving it in a unsafe location… and when I returned home nothing was on my door step 😭

Contacted open house and within 15 minutes they had a resolution of another one being sent out for delivery before 10:30 am tomorrow. Absolutely amazing.

The amazing customer service representative was very helpful and calm about the whole situation and very apologetic and very well spoken

Cannot fault this company at all and their bags are always top quality

Bought one of the excellently made Paramedic bags/rucksack. A small problem occurred with it and WOW was I impressed with the Customer Services Team, (I think I spoke to them all). In no time at all they emailed me back and sorted out the situation - The whole OH Team is brilliant, professional, experts in their field of Medical Kit Bags, Pouches and all!!

Extremely happy with my order! I ordered the first response bag with adult and paediatric pouches and to say im still amazed with it is a understatement!…..

This bag holds everything i have and more with still alot of room, oxygen fits snugly and dosent bounce around, and the bag is very easy to clean and its made with high Quality.

The delivery was a tad long but the product and Quality was well worth the wait!

Im one happy customer and will definitely be ordering from openhouse again. 👍🏻

I was impressed by the service from Openhouse, they went above and beyond. The delivery time was good by UPS - gold service! However, "the of the shelf" items arrived loose, with no protective internal material, in a used cardboard box, with hand written "openhouse products" on. If the box had become wet, the items may have been damaged.

I have used Openhouse Products several times now, and every time the items have arrived in exceptionally fast time. The website always makes it clear whether items are in stock or have limited availability, so it is obvious from the outset if anything will be on back-order before even clicking the 'order now' button! A couple of times, I've made contact with Customer Service and the response has always been fast and helpful.

Great packaging, and quick delivery product as advertised and good quality

The bag we ordered is amazing! The quality is insane, and the design is clearly well thought out. My one complaint is that we ordered a bundle with a few different pouches in it, and after ordering we received an email saying it was out of stock. They said they would send it to us as soon as it's restocked, but just a little disappointing if we needed the bag desperately.

Having recently purchased 3x Response Lite rucksacks, one of the buckles broke.
These are really well made bags, but things happen...
We messaged OpenHouse and had a response from them within a few hours giving details of how to send if back. The y fixed and returned the bag within a week.
Products are well made... Customer service is excellent.
Definitely a company I would go to first next time we purchase any medical bags.

Excellent company to deal with. Customer service and their communication is exceptional from initial contact and ordering through to aftersales. Nothing is too much bother. The quality of their products are of an equally high standard. They are robust, easy to maintain and a step above some similar products I've used from their competitors.

I have bought numerous things from Openhouse, and have never been let down by the products themsevles, or the customer service you receive. Nothing is ever to much for the team, and always go above and beyond. Their products are incredibly tough and it takes a lot for the bags to even fade, from when you first recieve them. These bags make my job so much easier working in the ambualance service, and at events. I 100% recommend for anyone wanting top quality bags!

Really good bag. Would buy another one if I had too. Good quality nice colour (Blue).

Would recommend to anybody looking for a smaller First Aid Bag.
