The whole business of LPAs and seperate Wills went through with the super Mark Aldridge, solicitor . We had no worries at all and . Could not have done it ourselves without Mark. Also such an easy person to deal with. Also having it all done in our own home was a life saver.2 visits and numerous phone conversations.. so reassuring!

I contacted Mark Aldridge of Opal to see if he could help me contentious probate issue. I am a vulnerable adult facing aggressive litigation and eviction. He was able to help me out as a McKenzie Friend . A McKenzie friend is like a solicitor only they do not have rights of audience in court. However Mark is much more knowledgeable and informed than any high street solicitor. All they have done is charge the earth and I got nowhere. Mark was able to get to the root of my issue, help me apply to the High Court and prepared an electronic court bundle. He also attended the high court hearing and arranged a barrister for me. The result is he has managed to stay an eviction and put me in a much stronger bargaining position - and at a fraction of the price of a solicitor. Highly recommended and I say ‘Salut’ to Mark. This man and his firm will go far.

I found Mark to be pragmatic, sensible and thorough in his approach. Mark's estate planning process was very straightforward and smooth - the final will written up following my appointment with Mark is exactly what I needed with no fuss or drama involved.

After having an absolute nightmare with the Co-op drafting my parents LPA, they outsourced Mark. And thankfully they did!
