First machine went wrong - more coffee went into the drip tray than in the cup. Got a replacement under warranty. Second machine gone wrong - pods not puncturing correctly. Now out of warranty. Both intermittent issues but enough to be annoying, especially for having to throw away pods when a problem occurs. I'm only giving it 2 stars because they honoured the warranty with the first problem.
Dreadful customer service! I've had an issue with my machine since beginning of April. A replacement was requested on 6th May but I haven't heard anything since? The machine was a Christmas gift so not even 6 months old.
