An absolute disappointment and a complete deception by Ootdshopp. Their website claims that the clothing is made of natural fabrics (linen and cotton). In reality, they sent cheap synthetic items—the tag clearly states "100% POLYESTER." The fabric feels terrible and is completely unwearable in hot weather.
The clothes look nothing like the pictures online. It is now completely obvious that all the product photos on the Ootdshopp website are fake and generated by AI. The actual items are low-quality knock-offs that don't even closely resemble the advertised images. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures; this shop is a scam. Strongly do not recommend!

Sent wrong products then when I asked to have correct ones sent they offered that I keep them for a 35% in store credit. When I said this was not acceptable they told me to return them at my cost, they want me to pay to fix their mistake

I ordered from a very nice looking site. Cost of item $16.60+ shipping
$11.45 ..total $28.05 approximately.ordered a summer long sleeve round neck linen t-shirt.
What I received was a green scrap of material.. literally.Had a vague shape of a t shirt but it was obviously a scam and done deliberately.Going through PayPal for refund

Watch out because the checkout does ask you payment confirmation before calculating shipping costs, and Customer Approach of this company is answering the customer just to ignore any request (even if received timely and proactively).
I don't have yet received the parcel, and already the customer satisfaction is equal to zero.
