Customer service is terrible both over email and live chat, requested to cancel my order numerous times and was getting no response. The items came and they absolutely stink, the picture printed is off centre and very cheaply made. Do not recommend, definitely a lot of false advertising.

Its unclear on the website however this is a chinese store and so whatever you buy will be sent from there.
I spent £40 on some crocs, only for then to be too small when they arrived.
I emailed customer services 3 times with no reply, meanwhile I've had at least 9 emails asking me to review or 'we miss you emails'.
My wife was finally able to contact them through Instagram and we were told we would have to pay to return them and then they could provide 40% off of our next order.
If something you buy doesnt fit, I just want to return and swap for the right size. I shouldn't have to haggle and then be charged £20 to send something back to China when the mistake is on their part.
Having read other reviews since having this issue, I think I got off lightly as the item did arrive within the timescale given when I purchased so they get an extra star for that.
I wouldn't use them again though.

Tracking information says my parcel sat at a warehouse for two weeks before being returned do sender with no prompt from me whatsoever. Very poorly run operation. Do not bother

Don't ORDER!

My partner bought a bag for me (spending about £60). He ordered it in May for my birthday in July. And to this day it still hasn't even received.

He emailed them the first week of July and they sent an update saying it was dispatched. We live in Swindon, they said the package was waiting for us in Birmingham and they expected us to collect it from the depo there as they weren't willing to send to our addresses, which is obviously what we paid for.

Then they refused to give any kind of refund. Absolutely shocking and disgusting service, clearly a SCAM site! Save yourself the money and agro! Never ever order from here.

My partner ordered me a purse for my birthday over a month ago, shortly after ordering he received notification that a shipment label was printed and there’s never been an update since. He’s reached out to customer service twice, once requesting a refund. They’ve completely ignored him. He has filed a chargeback with his credit card company and we’re reporting the business everywhere we can. I have commented and reached out via their socials and no response at all. This company is a complete scam

Pepole crying about dlivery but they do realize they have ship them from another cuntery my honest review fast dlivery in my opinion. Good customer service amazing products I bought 3 different pairs like year back and give them some good use before review comfortable and nice snug fit perfect quality love the fact you can take the fluffy parts out and put back in when needed. Walked on stones with them when living in caravan park so even though your not ment to there very strong and can be used for tuff surfaces don't know how long last on the ruf roads but av did it mine fine still.

The bag I received was not leather as advertised. It also smells awful, like heavy chemicals. I cannot use the product. I contacted the company and have not received any response. It’s been weeks. Do not but from these people. Everything comes from China and is poor quality- like temu. Worst experience ever!

Don’t be fooled, The two star is just because I love the design on the crocs themselves! My other half bought me a pair of their lined crocs for Christmas following their size guide and they were TINY. Contacted them and said we could return - a return would have costed £46. So they offered a 30% voucher off another pair instead so that’s what we did sizing up 2 sizes. Once they finally arrived they were STILL too small!!!! A uk size 6 now wearing an 8. The process started again, frustrating but I loved them so we were given a voucher and ordered yet another pair. Today they have arrived and just about fit - in a 9. GREAT! However this pair is so poorly finished, the lining is ripped and hanging off on one food and the other is Cut too small for the shoe on one part so when I walk it slides in and the shoe then rubs. These were the best part of £40 and the quality is something I’d expect from a £2 temu item! Absolutely disgraceful!!!

DO NOT BUY! ‼️ ⚠️ ⛔️ This company is an absolute scam!!!! The shoe sizes are not accurate at all and they are very very cheaply made. You get no confirmation email about your order and it takes over a month to be delivered and when you get in contact with the company they view all your messages on social media and ignore them all and when you call them they end up blocking you 😡 I have tried to contact this company multiple times now and every time they have ignored me and have now blocked me. I am not the only one this has happened to it is absolutely appalling. I will be reporting this and taking it further 😡 Absolutely disgusting and shouldn’t be running a business!!!!

I returned some High Top Canvas because I had great. 5 months passed, and the shipment never reached the seller.
In the end the seller sent me another pair at no cost.

I ordered three pairs with the buy 2 get half price deal, and they arrived about two and a half weeks later In my opinion, this was fast delivery, especially since I them before Christmas. It does take 14+ days, but considering they are from China, it is understandable. People complain too much and are impatient. love them; they fit perfectly on my feet and are the most comfortable Crocs on the market. The prints you can get are pretty cool too I got the Terrifier 3, the Goodies, and the Demon-faced Great customer service too. Don't worry, your Crocs will arrive, you won't disappointed. Don't listen the negative comments about delivery Some people just lie because they don't get them time. They are fast at shipping them. Amazing company

It took a long time for my order to come. I received a pair of croc like clogs. They were two different sizes. The left shoes is a whole size smaller than the right shoe even though the printed size both say 42. Also, if you were expecting a men’s 8 they fit more like a men’s 6. They run small and were poorly made.

DO NOT BUY- my boyfriend brought me some - cost £40 to get to uk, we ordered a size 6 and the came more as a size 4- returned but no guarantee on refund and no official return label or contact- it also cost £20 to return them!!!!!!!!!

I had to return some shoes for inappropriate size. I paid the return parties + follow -up number (by seller's insistence). The Chinese postal service made an attempt to deliver the seller on 09.10.24, the package has been waiting for more than 40 days in Guangzhou, and the seller does not want ).

They're cute, good price, it's like the shein of shoes, cheaply made, but I liked them for the price. I seen bad reviews, but I liked my pet sematary shoes.
