We had a great experience purchasing a piano, for our family, on the Oostendorp website. I called to verify I had everything correct and the customer service over the phone was kind. I was also contacted, after I ordered, to be sure everything was right. Again, the customer service was kind. We would definitely recommend Oostendorp.

I joined the trend of picking up playing the piano again during lockdown and even though I was not able to go into the shop to test the pianos, the service I received from Simon at Oostendorp Muziek was exceptional! He patiently outlined the options to me, explained the workings of a digital piano and the features available at different price ranges. By video he was able to demo the pianos so I could make an informed choice. To top it off I received the piano just 2 days later. Thank you!

I ordered a digital piano, having cancelled an order from another online music store that delayed my delivery by more than a month. I ordered from Oostendorp the same model and it arrived a day later before 17:00. I also ordered a base with pedals, a stool and a cover for it. Oostendorp staff was really friendly when they even called to double check the delivery was made! Top quality service!

My big present for Christmas had delivery issues and I had to cancel my order or pick it up from warehouse far from home without car, so canceled it. I feel very disappointed and sad.

I made an order of a digital piano and a bench together on your website. The piano was delivered next day, but after 2 weeks the bench has still not been delivered. I have sent an email to check the status, but got no reply from you.

I ordered a digital piano (Amadeus D510) and a piano bench and everything arrived super fast! There was a little dent on one of the legs of the bench, however, customer support was really friendly and helpful and I got a new leg for my bench the day after. The products I purchased are great and I can recommend buying them

Online ordering was really easy and our piano came the next day we ordered it. The piano had the clearest installing instructions I’d ever seen, no doubt on what to do. Also i called to ask something about the piano and the lady answering was very attentive and helpful. This is the shop to buy pianos!

Great experience with Oostendorp Muziek! Their customer service is always very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions regarding estimated delivery times and sent regular update emails with the status. I was also away when the piano that I ordered was about to be delivered, but they were very helpful with holding off the delivery until my return.
The ordered piano even arrived faster than I thought due to the current Corona situation, which was a nice surprise!

Update after 1 month: I purchased this digital piano to complement my acoustic piano, mainly for practice purposes (early intermediate classical repertoire).
I ended up doubling my practice time and also just playing a lot more for fun!
The key action is lighter than Yamaha’s GH3, but heavier than their GHS; all in all it allows you to play expressively.
Some of the sounds are gorgeous but some tweaking might be needed via the app.
I now find it easier to adjust to other piano’s since switching back and forth between my home acoustic piano and this digital piano.
The one I play on in class is a Yamaha acoustic baby grand.
Minor issues
1. The heaviest key action does not provide the best sound as the latter becomes somewhat muffled.
2. The recording option with 2 hands separate is not up to par.
Still would definitely recommend it. The triple pedal unit is a worth getting.
