Great service and great price

Everything was completed that I asked for. Service could not have been better.

Never before have I seen a business that cares so much about the community and its customers. They do great work taking care of cars, but above and beyond that, they want to make sure you are being taken care of as a person, whether that be in shuttling free rides, providing complete transparency in the operations, or giving peace of mind in the way they ensure you are safe and sound out on the road.

Incredibly nice staff, great work, and a wonderful experience for something that is normally painful. They even have a shuttle and very nice shuttle driver. Couldn’t say enough great things here. They even prevented me from replacing an alternator erroneously, identified the issue, and offered to look at it again if we have that issue pop back up.

I went to leave for work and my Jeep wouldn't start. I scheduled an appointment on the ooroo app for the next day. I got a call that they could come that morning to my house. They were able to identify the issue and install a new battery. They were timely, thorough, and provided great customer service.

Our 57 Chevy had a bad generator. Apparently that part is scarce as hen's teeth! John got online and searched diligently for a replacement - no luck. He didn't give up and called an alternator shop in Tucson. Small miracles still happen! They had one on their shelves and John got it that day and the car was up and running before day's end. We couldn't believe our luck. We were prepared to wait for weeks to find one or have ours rebuilt. OOROO did an amazing job and John really made our day. They certainly will have our business in the future.

My battery died and Dylan came to the house and replaced it.

I brought our Nissan in for service at 3 pm and was out the door in 45 minutes! Great service! Great staff! Ted

Good timely, efficient and friendly service.

Wonderful service! My truck didn’t pass emission test. Took it to OOROO and in just a couple of hours they had fixed it. The mechanic actually drove it back to emissions and it passed with flying colors. Really appreciated it! Thanks!

As with all previous visits I fell that I have been treated fairly and competently.

All my issues were dealt with and the car is as new.

Service is absolutely excellent. Efficient, quality mechanics. Focused on problem solving, and finding the least expensive solution. I would highly recommend OOROO. They will solve the issue, in a polite, timely fashion.
