I contacted the support for an issue I had with the TOD subscription and they kept providing me with generic instructions that I had already applied and were not working, the agent seemed more like a robot rather than a human, it was like talking to a wall. And at the end, when I told them I had to erase the account data because the renewal was not showing (and they do not include any tutorial on how to track it) they asked me to purchase a new subscription! Can you believe the audacity?
