First time using the service and already issues
Used to have issues with deliveries to my house being left in insecure locations and thought I would try this service to avoid any issues going forward. Well, I was supposed to receive my first delivery to the OOH Pod today and instead I received an email to say there was a problem with my delivery. Already regretting that I prepaid for a bundle to save some money on this. Wish now I had read the reviews before signing up.

Funnily, I was about to update this review and give the company full stars because of the wonderful customer support on last month's orders. Right before doing this I received another item to the wrong address and then really poor support from the office.
They acknowledged the issue but did not offer any solution other than to pay them more m.
For a short while, when I contacted them they advised I reach out to Royal Mail and they would take my orders into the office to avoid me incurring extra charges. I was so impressed that they would do this. They won't anymore. They have told me today to pay to store my item in a location I cannot access until I can (which could be weeks, so a lot of money). Their other option was they send it back.
I've contacted Royal Mail multiple times and have received no response. OohPod have acknowledged that all Royal Mail deliveries are going to Jonesborough no matter the address used. It is a customer-wide issue and they aren't seeking to address it.
This was the turning point for me using OohPod in the future.
Update
Customer service has gotten a lot more proactive and I really appreciate that. I've always found the staff on location lovely too.
Whilst the issue still persists and may continue to do so, at least the team made it feasible for me to collect my orders without worrying about getting to the difficult location or incurring additional charges.

I use this service A LOT and this time last year I would have given it 5 stars but I don't see it as sustainable to continue using it anymore.
If you order anything that goes near Royal Mail and even some couriers (DHL) it will not go to the address you choose, it only goes to Jonesborough and there is no public transport in this area. OOHPod will not forward it to your chosen address or accept responsibility.
OOHPod's customer services are unhelpful, they don't respond 80% of the time. And the charges keep piling up if you can't get to the area in time. It's costing me far more to use this service than alternatives.
They started strong but after many months of this issue persisting I have to warn potential customers away. Unless you choose for the deliveries to go to Jonesborough, of course.

I found the chat customer service excellent. They usually email back the answer within an hour or two. In my particular situation OOHPod (Ellen) went above & beyond to help me out. I genuinely cant thank them enough

I have lost TWO parcels using OOHpod… 2…
I have lost TWO parcels using OOHpod… 2 EMPTY lockers!!! because you have to enter a collection number, the tracking shows as delivered, even though the locker was empty!!!! I think the driver at Portstewart OOHpod locker needs investigated for theft.
As the tracking shows as “delivered” Vinted sides with the seller and I’ve lost money on both occasions.
I’m going to email OOHPod none stop until I get the money I’ve lost back. £33

OK when not broken
Generally service is average to good. Lockers are too small for shoes etc as these lockers full up and your left with letterbox size pods, often deliveries can't be made and your shopping goes back to amazon.pods are often completely broken and bow they've started withholding people's parcels looking for extra fees if you can't get the items within 48 hours.

yet another lost parcel due to customer support not addressing automation issue
June 25th, 2025 yet again another parcel lost - despite a response on here that they would contact the right channels given the situation with automation sending the parcels to the postcode / shop staff rather than the locker. Big companies like Royal Mail first class, parcelforce, couriers. I had sent photos proving it happened to at least 5 different companies over 9 months now and oohpod support are dismissive, promise the world then get honest and say 'not our problem it is delievered to the shop', then say they'll take action on here so I gave them another chance...predictably lost. I have all the emails from them saying 'oh I will raise this with xyz' and the verb 'will' future tense never gets changed because it never happens. I even told them months ago I can't order from anyone using first class or certain couriers...and that they are seeing 1 out of 3 parcels I get delivered as the others go to the shop. Half the time that means I get free deliveries but of course sometimes it means the item is returned, lost or stolen. If it were always free, why complain to a company who is owned by a Dragon who thinks it is a good idea to go hiring staff who don't care or who don't own the business

never sent me an access code, i emailed them twice with no reply texted them from a previous message and tried calling them i got no response and now my packages are being returned to sender

Parcel lost, you on your own
If you have delivery issues you on your own.
In my case oh hood had network upgrades issues and parcel could not be delivered.
Customer support have pretended they are trying to solve an issue and simply ignored later communication.
On a response from them you will see general message “that they are sorry for this to happen and they will work to resolve this matter”
