Really enjoyable footwear. The arch support takes a while to get used to, but it pays off in comfort and promoting good walking posture

I’m not a runner but was having some foot problems from long distance waking. My cousin recommended Oofos to me and I love them! Got stuck with a delay in delivery due to supply issues (stupid Covid) but that’s hardly their fault. Definitely would recommend them!

The sandals are amazingly comfortable they provide good support really helped plantar fasciitis disappear I recommend and I’m buying the clogs next great shoes this nurse’s feet are very happy!

I have been wearing your OOFOS SPORT SANDALS for years and love them, I have worn out at least 3 pairs which I had always purchased through a local Orthepedic store.
Due to COVID they are no longer in business At the same location so I ordered on line.
Delivery was very slow, when products were received thru no fault of OOFOS I did not like the colour of the blue/white OOmg shoe & I had ordered the wrong size of the Azul Sport sandal.
I have since returned both pairs to OOFOS at my cost and am waiting for an exchange/replacement. My return shipment was received at your plant on September 9th.
I am awaiting some sort of communication to advise that the replacements have been shipped.
I was annoyed to also see on your website now an offer of a 10% discount on your first order. Why was this not applied to my order ?...

I recently got my order. I have been wearing them
non stop since I got them. The order was processed quickly. Canada post was terrible to deal with. Although it appeared to be in my area it took 4 days to get to me. I would look at a different delivery company.
Great shoes!!!! Second time I have owned them.

I have had the pleasure with being in touch with Anatech, the distributor for Oofos in Canada.
I had a deficiency issue with my flip flops. I was in contact with Oofus in the USA who advised me by email that I had to talk to Anatech. Uncharacteristically in customer service, Anatech contacted me! They asked for some further information and when provided, they immediately advised my flip flops would be replaced. Don’t we all wish customer service like this was more commonplace. Thanks Mark!!
