I will recommend oobserve company for seo services since i have connected with them from last 3 months and i have seen the good changes in the google ranking of my website.They are really doing a good job.

Absolute scam artists!
They stole £200 and delivered excuses after excuse.
They charm you in to signing up with a three month offer…and nothing is completed. They come up with constant excuses and delay in doing any work.

Total scam artists.

I’ve decided to waver my £200 as charity I hope he feeds his family with the money and takes some time to reflect on his actions because they will come back to him one way or another.

First, I was very happy with the service I have received at the begin - the communication was good, they kept me updated with what was going on and they have done a good job on the basic SEO for my website. I posted a very good review for this company on Wix platform.
In the second month, Mohamed offered to do some link building and asked me to pay another £200, which I did. The communication went dead. I followed up, and of course, COVID-19 was the excuse for this. I was patient and understanding in the hope that he is being honest with me and eventually the job will be done. Then he asked for another payment, which I challenged as it did not appear that much else was done - no traffic or enquiry increase. I asked him what else aside from 8 links they have done for the £200 I paid for the previous month? There was no substantial answer or detailed report of the jobs done like it was in the first month. Stated that he had hard time due to COVID. I said: "I understand, could you please do some more work for the money I already paid and then we will discuss another payment and what it covers"? Mohamed agreed. Time went on, nothing appeared to be done. I followed up again and other than another COVID-related apology, I heard nothing. Interesting, how COVID doesn't prevent people from asking for more payments.
As far as I am aware, there are two assistants involved - surely, the jobs could be delegated to them if there was genuine problem? Especially, when Mohamed asked me to grant website and Google profile access to them too?
Very disappointed as it appears to me that once they have done some basic work and received a glowing review, they were no longer interested in me as a client.
Well, they have just lost a client who was intending to use their service on an ongoing basis and would have brought them more money.

Very Bad customer service and bad communication. Tried to work with them but had to ask for a refund as the service and communication was at worse. English not being their first languages, the task was misunderstood and I finally decided not to work with them.

UPDATE:
Facebook: I am going to teach you something about your job. Facebook does authorise dating advertisement but you have to be a registered dating agency which is the case for us and you never asked. We are now having our adverts running.

PayPal story: I paid you but instead of refunding us, you paid us to avoid the negative impact on your PayPal account.

Consequently, we had to pay a fee on a refund which indeed we were not happy with. However, we called PayPal and your account is impacted as they refunded us understanding the sneaky manoeuvre you tried to do.

We are not angry, we are just sharing our bad experience with you for everyone to know.

I've been working with the Oobserve team over a month now and am very happy so far. Their communication is outstanding. It's always easy to get ahold of them and they're very good at explaining what they're doing. The transparency is very good. I set some ambitious goals for them and we've made good progress in a very quick time. I'll update the review once we reach our goals.
