My parcel was never delivered

My parcel was never delivered. You took the money for the order 334109284 on 28 of November. I’ve paid for the fast delivery 2-3 days max. Today is 8 of December, my tracking was not updated since 1 December. You literally stole my money and not answering on any my messages where I am demanding to make a refund. Scam, never recommend anyone.

S’il s’avère que le colis a été perdu par le transporteur, nous vous aiderons bien sûr à trouver une solution. Cela inclut l’envoi d’un nouveau colis, mais aussi la possibilité d’annuler l’achat.

Super happy with the produkt

Super happy with the produkt, 5starts there.. but not happy with shipping.. My boks looked smashed, and jus amazed that there was no damage to the pan. The lid fir the pan had a smal dent in the metal part.. But was easy to bend back so didnt bother to send it back for a 12$ lid.

Bad experience

Bad experience. I would like my money back. I followed all the instructions before using it and to be honest it doesn’t work like the the videos. Completely overrated, I tried with simple scrambled eggs and it pastes everywhere...

Our hybrid pans are made in a way which makes them better to absorb the heat from your stove. Using high heat, especially on eggs could in many cases be the reason.
We recommend lowering the heat a bit to get a better result. :)
