Be very careful this company also apparently distribute “Montel Fashion”, Vivians lightweight shoes, cannot communicate with them, emails bounce back, no tracking details once ordered. Took over 6 weeks and I think I only got my order as I raised a scam with my credit card company. Tried to post a review where they ask how my “chair” was? I ordered shoes ??? Be very careful

I echo many with their sentiments on the support & integrity of this company.

I ordered an Onyx Furgle chair back in early March of this year. The colors were right, everything fit together. The problem was, the zipper in the back of the chair which holds the seat lining was defective because it would not zip all the way around to close the lining.

I addressed this issue via email, even talking the owner, who first offered a cash compensation instead of taking back the back of the seat for exchange. Strange. I stated no, I just want to exchange for a good seat back, free from defects, for my model chair. After promising to provide exchange with no shipping return information providing shipping destination to ship the chair back, I never heard back from the owner or anyone from the company. The cash compensation didn't make any sense, neither did the broken promise that he would exchange the chair back.

I will not do business with a company like this ever again. I suppose there's a reason why the chairs are so "affordable".

Terrible company and dishonest practices! I was "guaranteed" that the order shipped on a specific date, but it didn't. I asked for clarification and kept getting the run around. I gave them ample time (weeks) to make things right; they didn't.

As soon as I notified them that I would be seeking another vendor, I was given shipping information, but the information was inaccurate. Chair didn't ship until well over a week after the "shipping confirmation" was provided. By the time the order arrived, I had already proceeded with a chargeback with my credit card company. I refused delivery and had the chair sent back.

Clearly dishonest company who cannot handle logistics and makes promises that are not kept. Steer clear!

Poor service for this price. Delivery time is almost 2 weeks and when the article came in it smelled of the leather as if it stayed in a warehouse for years.

Sorry to have to do this - communication is way too slow- wrong chair delivered(after quite a long waiting time). The follow up was very slow , waiting weeks for reaction to emails. Still don't know whether the chair is nice, as i wait for the drama to unfold.
Sorry guys, you need to do better!!
