THIS BRAND IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE DEFINITELY WANT LAST IN THE INDUSTRY LONG . HE EVEN TURNED OFF HIS COMMENTS BECAUSE HE KNOWS HES WRONG ! I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS BRAND TO ANYONE !

Customer service non existent. Never received my order. They blocked my comments on instagram and only responded when i accused them of not shipping. Terrible brand/company.
I ordered on July 3rd 2025 and it's been 1week and 4 days I haven't gotten an answer from them my shipping details when my clothes are coming! I paid 112$ for and outfit and I still ain't got no response when I tried contacting them 😕 I work hard for my money to be taken like this and there is no return policy either I won't be buying anything else from them.
Customer support is non existent. You’d be better off talking to a brick wall then trying to contact onyx and get a response on your order. The quality of the shirt is terrible. Low quality print of Brent faiyaz on the back. Can’t return it because of a no return policy. I see why they don’t have a return policy bc these shirts are awful for $60. Save your money and don’t shop here.
I placed an order with them on may 23, 2024 and I'm still waiting on my order. Don't oder from them, there a sham!
they haven't shipped my friends order since BLACK FRIDAY 2023 !!! and my orders from the 19th may also has not been shipped out yet, i know that i am not the only one with this issue.
