We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss it sooner.
Having reviewed the collection and discussed it with you, we understand the concern was that the bin had been returned to the pavement or grass verge outside your house rather than the garden path. As this is a kerbside collection service, our teams aim to return bins as close as reasonably possible to their collection point, and we have reminded our crews to take extra care when returning containers.

Reliable, Friendly Service
It was very easy to use the garden waste collection service. Payment was made online, bags delivered to my house then very easy to book collection online once the bags were filled. Excellent, quick and friendly communication via email and very helpful. Driver was friendly and efficient and arrived when scheduled. Overall very pleased and would use again. Recommended!

I have only been missed once but to be truthful it wasn't your man's fault.I have been unwell and haven't been able to get the garden sorted so only put it out twice. I may have to cancel next year but hoping not.
