Bag sent was not the same but I found it on TEMU
Awful. Despite the money back guarantees and promises about 2 day shipping they refused to accept return when I queried the poor quality bag I received after it taking 2 weeks to arrive from China.
The bag was not the one shown on the website or (probably AI) videos. It is think, cheap with poor quality zips and fittings. I found the same bag as the one they sent on TEMU for half the price and, tbh, I wouldn't pay that for it.
Avoid this thing at all costs.

Terrible company lie about where bags are made
Terrible company, false advertising that bag is made in UK and that they have positive trust pilot reviews but as you can see they have none. Clearly splashed all
Over site that bag made in UK and 100% refundable but neither of these are true. Ordered for a weekend away assuming it would be 48hrs as stated but turned up 2 weeks later, when asked why was told
It was being shipped from China! Would recommend you order similar product from Amazon for a tenth of the price. Now having to fight to return and get a refund
