We got scammed by them as well. The guy who came did also not send us an invoice. We paid 1800 euros and I am so mad. We called the police and made a report. Thank god we also have the bank details of them. So we also got scammed. Let’s get together and get them reported. Because this is unacceptable.

Unfortunately we had the same “experience” as the other people from the reviews:
- we didn’t check the reviews before the master arrived
- the master arrived 1,5 hours later than we were informed by via the phone
- we needed to have the drains cleaned and the pricing was not clear / understandable - the master couldn’t tell us the full price, said the price per meter and said that the full price could be determined only afterwards.
The number of meters turned out to be 17, and it’s not clear how it was possible in our apartment. Moreover, according to the master this was only half of the work and to have the pipes fully cleaned we needed to have another procedure.
At this point we asked to stop and calculate the total amount which turned out to be over 1,5k euro.
- he told us that he can’t leave before he gets paid
- offered a discount if we pay cash.

Complete scam and abuse. I requested a non-emergency unclogging of my sink and they fixed the problem in 1 hour but tried to charge me 1400 euros for a job that should cost 200 euros. They tired to claim I agreed to their pricing and pressured me to sign their bill. DO NOT USE. I will report them to the city.

Pathetic “company”. Disgusting.

Prices they quote you are not respected at all, it’s all a big scam. They charged 1500 euros for a toilet unblock where they were 5 meters deep with a metal snake. Total work time 1 hour.

They quoted me 129 to start, and every half hour and use of machine is as 30 euros. In reality, they charged 60 euros per meter of the snake used, extra time was 60 euros every 15 minutes, starting fee 200. The man was slow on purpose to charge extra time, complained the whole time, kept looking around and gave me a really shady feeling.

When you question the prices they intimidate you and threaten you. I am a young woman living alone, no choice but to pay this as I was afraid he might do something. I am so sad and disappointed I fell for this scam.

PLEASE, PLEASE BE CAREFUL, THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS!

Sadly fell for this scam too, price paid is crazy high and no one responded to my mail. The invoice not official.

I saw the false reviews in their company website and thought it is a good company. There website says starting price of 49 euros. But I ended paying 610 euros for 15 minutes work. I called them for sewer smell from toilet. They came used the drain snake for 2 meters ( 69 per metre). First half hour charge of 169, call out costs 35. All together they made payment 610 euros for 15 minutes. After two days I called for same problem. They hang up and blocked my number the moment they realised it is old customer all under 10 seconds. I tried calling from my wife's number was able to reach them. Which was blocked later in 3 seconds. They are not interested to talk for second time. Trust me it seems there website reviews are fake. All reviews here are 100% true.

Even I didn't requested for an emergency service still i got charged for emergency service.

On their website they say from 50 euro but they bill you 1000 euros just for drainage cleaning.

On call I asked them what will be the cost of this and they mentioned guy will inform you at your place. My mistake I didn't confirm it from guy onsite.

Starting rate of 169 euros and travel cost extra this was all fine and I was happy to pay for this but then 60 euros per meter for spiral i.e. 600 euros and then water Vaccum 50 euros.

I got a bill of ~1100 euros

After seeing this bill I was shocked, after negotiating we arrived at 450 euros as I didn't have any other option.

Please be mindful of the services and check them before.

Stay away of this scammer!! They say 49,95€ to start and in 20 minutes they are there. By phone I explained what was the problem and I already knew the solution, introducing a cable that rotates inside the pipe to clean it. The guy took 20 minutes to finish it and put the cable 14 meters inside. The final cost 1100€. around 50€ per meter that the cable goes inside.
Come on!!!! This is a total scam.
Probably they change the website often to avoid these bad reviews. No company address in the website. My fault that I didn't check this before.
Terrible that people scam others this way.
