Just refuse to pay and let them go to "collection agency".
It is a terrible company. They broke my toilet and asked for extremely high prices. The plumber even bullied me to pay the money. NEVER get involved with them!!
Paid way to much!
Monday evening my toilet was blocked, In the end, they charged me 744.87 for less than 30 minutes work. They also said that usually, it covered by insurance. I was advised by my insurance it is never the case and that I should report them to the police.
I am also still waiting for the work rapport.
They were the only one who respond during new years eve (31-12-2020)but i hope they didn't. they came clean the savage and damage the pipe and also change it too then we receive 2200 euro bill. I was so stupid to pay and not call the police. now i am trying to call back to at least fixed the pipe which is still leaking. But every time when I open their website ontstopping-riool.nl the phone number is changing. The lady once respond told me that they will call back but I don't think so. I also report it to my lawyer to see anything can happen.
They charged us €1200 for a clogged kitchen sink fix, when they originally quoted us €200. The worker forced us to pay on the spot, but promised that the next day he would send a work report describing the issue so that we could bill our VVE. 3 weeks later, we have called them 6 times and every day they promise tomorrow we will get the report. For 3 weeks. The worker also offered that we could pay him "under the table" which is completely illegal and we refused. Now we are saddled with a €1200 bill and no way to get reimbursed.
