Every step of our African adventure was managed and executed to the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. The four lodges we stayed in arranged by OTS were all different but excellent experiences in their own way. In all cases absolutely nothing was a problem staff answered questions, their hospitality was way above and beyond our expectations. Drive guides and trackers were knowledgeable, informative and at times amusing - but always professional. All of the lodges we stayed in were quite intimate with a limited number of guests, food was without exception beautifully prepared and presented. to sum our experience up - OTS provided exactly the trip we wanted - and more!

Carol and Will (OTS) listened to the criteria for our holiday and were able to put together a package that meet them. They gave us excellent expert advice where we needed it. Our expectations were exceeded and we would definitely recommend them for a safari holiday.

Another amazing Safari in Botswana provided by On Track Safaris. The guide we had was so knowledgeable and really made the trip such an unforgettable experience. Our guide certainly knew the best places to look for the lion prides. The staff at our campsites were fantastic. Ensuring that our tents were set up and providing us with a plentiful meal at the end of each safari. They were so welcoming and the hospitality was top class. I travelled as a solo person in a small group. The group made me feel so welcome and I leave Botswana with many happy memories. It was very well organised and lived up to my expectations, amazing accommodation and good.

This was our second adventure with On Track Safaris and we had an amazing time. From the travel arrangements and advice on bolt on extras to the seamless transfers, they gave us complete confidence. Our favourite lodge was Nzumba, but all three lodges gave us a great breadth of experience in habitats, wildlife and conservation efforts. It was great to meet Will and Carol and understand the ethos behind the company. This was enhanced by our camera trap days and presentation by Marine from Ingwe. The knowledge of the guides and trackers were second to none, we were amazed by their tracking abilities and endless knowledge. We wouldn't hesitate to book with OTS again...in fact they have already put together a bespoke package for us for next year.

Another great trip with OTS. Well organised, Great Accommodation. Well guided wildlife activities. Our third time with OTS and this tour exceeded our high expectations. Looking forward to our next adventure!

On Track Safaris is a wonderful organization. Every aspect of the tour was carefully arranged. They really did make sure that everything was "On Track." They were in almost constant contact with us. They responded immediately to any of my questions.

We have been using On Track Safaris since 2012, when we were introduced to them by Responsible Travel. Both Will and Carol are excellent in their roles to help plan the best experience in wildlife watching. We are looking forward to our next safari with them in September 2025.

This trip was a real treat. Impeccably organised, great accommodation and led by an experienced and knowledgable guide, we enjoyed every minute! The jaguar sightings did not disappoint - we were lucky enough to watch one stalk and kill a large caiman, dragging it out of the water and onto the bank. The birders on our trip were in their element, but even for those less experienced ornithologists, the birdlife was hugely impressive. Playful giant otters and cute capybaras along with lizards and snakes added to the mix. A shout out must go to the amazing boat crew who kept us well fed and our glasses filled! The Pantanal is a one-off experience - thank you to Carol and Will at Ontrack for another truly memorable trip! We will be checking the website for more soon! Highly recommended

The Pantanal trip was amazing. I've done several South African safaris with On Track Safaris, which I absolutely love. The Pantanal was a totally different experience. The small, intimate ship sailing up the Paraguay and Cuiaba rivers was a delight. The crew were wonderful in every way. Nothing was too much trouble . The cuisine was plentiful and delicious.
I loved the twice daily safaris on the small boat. The bird life....... wow 😯. My absolute favourite were the jaguars. Strong, beautiful cats. Agile, great swimmers and very effective Hunters.
Fred, our guide, is so knowledgeable, a real asset to the trip.
Our fellow passengers were/are lovely. Some brilliant photographers among them who kindly shared their photos with the group.
This trip is not to be missed, thoroughly recommend it.

The pre-and post-river cruise arrangements included comfortable accommodation and transport and good food. The guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced, and created a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The river boat was reasonably comfortable, with a hard-working and dedicated crew, good food and excellent cocktails, beer and wine. Even the coffee machine was good (very unusual!).

The safari boat trips were simply incredible. The sightings of jaguars, giant otters, caiman, owls and capybara were unforgettable. The boat operator and guide were uncannily good at finding jaguars and predicting their behaviour and movements and the boat was always in the best position. The guide kept an eBird list, which was much appreciated.

The final safari lodge stay was very enjoyable and more, different animal and bird species were seen. Ocelot sighting was incredible. The food and drink there were very good.

The WhatsApp group enabled the guide and guests to exchange best photos and videos and the base management from Carol was first-rate, continuous and responsive.

Choosing On Track Safaris was the best decision we made for our trip to Africa. We had never been to the country before and Carole held our hand through every step. Their strong sustainability credentials really appealed to us and came across during our trip which we valued.

And when we experienced delays which caused a missed internal flight, Carole and the team were immediately on hand to remedy the situation and provide alternative arrangements.

Carol tailored this trip to suit our needs , we chose to do a mixture of safari and UNESCO sites which made for an interesting experience and explored Sri Lanka fully. This trip was arranged with a full itinerary sent in advance. We were met at the airport and escorted by our lovely informative guide through out the whole trip.
We,as always had a wish list of animals to see and were lucky enough to see them all, we had the ambition and luck to see leopard, fishing cat and the rusty spotted cat.
The team were also excellent at helping to get good photo shots and gave good tips. They were also very professional and well organised and made suggestions to change the itinerary to maximise our experience while we were there.
This is our second safari with the team and we wouldn’t hesitate in using this company again.

On Track Safaris arranged a personalized 15-day South Africa trip that was perfect for what I had requested. All of the safari camps and lodges were well run, and exceeded expectations at times. The transfers were all on time, and everything went smoothly. Communication with the OTS team was easy and efficient.

A wonderful trip to the Galapagas islands, well organised by OTS. Stayed on 3 beautiful islands, visiting a number of others by boat, and part of a small group (7) of lovely likeminded people. The incredibly knowledgeable guide stayed with us 24/7 for the entire trip and was a delight to be with. Snorkeling every day and experiencing these beautiful islands and it's wildlife up close was just wonderful. I was concerned beforehand about my ability to swim and snorkel, but we were so well looked after and supported, there was no need to worry. The itinerary and organisation from OTS was brilliant. I would highly recommend OTS and this trip.

On Track Safaris planned an amazing trip, 3 safaris in and around the Kruger and Victoria Falls. If you want to see the Big 5 and other African animals close up, this trip is the one. I was very lucky and saw the Big 5 in the first 3 days. Even the other animals were beautiful. The accommodation was comfortable and fun, with all the South African staff very friendly. We finished our trip in Victoria Falls, which was also an amazing experience. This experience is incredible and breathtaking. If you love animals, it’s a must to do.

OTS put together an amazing trip for us to South Africa and Zimbabwee. It was our first safari so we did not know what to expect and were a bit nervous having someone else organise our holiday. We needn't have worried. The organisation was brilliant. The locations and accommodations were amazing. The lodges were lovely, food fantastic and our hosts all very welcoming. The safari drives themselves were fantastic with very personable and knowledgeable guides and trackers. The drives became quite addictive no matter how much we had seen, each drive was highly anticipated. Our last few days in Capetown we hired the OTS driver Keith who had picked us up from the airport who took us out to Cape Point and also to the wineries. What a find Keith was. He was very knowledgeable, easy going and fun to be with and he made the end of our holiday just right. Thankyou Carol and Will, our holiday was a testament to your expertise. This won't be our last safari. This experience was the best holiday we have ever had.

We booked a 3 reserve safari in the Kruger with 3 nights in 3 different places (Nzumba, Rukiya and Shimungwe), and a 2 night extension to Victoria Falls, staying at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge.
From start to finish the people at On Track Safaris could not have been more responsive, personal, attentive and efficient. The itinerary was perfect for us, they really understood what we wanted. No way could we have selected the amazing lodges that they did for our first time safari experience. The transfers ran without hitch, including dealing with my delayed plane from Heathrow and the need for an unplanned overnight stay in Johannesburg airport hotel, and rebooking transfers and support with rebooking an internal connecting flight. Immediate response from the Rukiya Roots local team, even out of hours. Much appreciated.
The safari experiences were mindblowing, with expert guides and trackers, and we saw much more than we could have imagined. All staff we encountered were splendid, all the reserves had different great atmospheres. A big thank you to all concerned.
