The most unreliable delivery carrier…

The most unreliable delivery carrier service I’ve ever dealt with. Our apartment requires all packages to be place in the parcel lockers individually and number of times, I’ve only seen OnTrac team to ignore and place the packages randomly in the ground. This is extremely large sized property of a couple thousands of units. This issue will obviously cause the packages to be lost on the way before the receiver gets a chance to locate the package. Many of our neighbors also lost their packages all delivered by OnTrac and apparently also misplaced exactly like mine. They only shared a poorly taken photograph of package which make it impossible to identify the correct package from this chaos. Moreover, customer service denies to take any responsibilities on these constant mistakes. Avoid this company at all cost. They do not derserve to keep their business in this quality of service.

I would rate this company a zero if…

I would rate this company a zero if zero stars were an option. I live in a locked building and they have to contact building management. I gave them explicit instructions to do so and they refused to do it. Essentially they’re incompetent as a delivery company.

Never delivered

Showed delivered, but we have cameras and noone was even on our property. Contacted OnTrac customer service 3 x’s within 1 week of supposed delivery and was met with contact seller. I requested a picture of the delivery in each email and received “canned” response with no pictures. My best guess is they stole the package as noone was on our property the day they said it was delivered

Hands down the worst delivery service…

Hands down the worst delivery service in existence. They attempted to deliver a package and were not able to due to not having an access code for the gate. Contacted customer service and provided the access code and confirmed the information was on the order. They then attempted 2 more times to deliver the package and each time they claimed to not have an access code which again had been provided an updated on the order. An absolute clown show and I would gladly pay 10x the amount for shipping to avoid this circus.

The worst

I have placed 3 orders that have unfortunately used Ontrac as their delivery service choice. I beg companies to please use anyone else! They fully lost one package, another was late, and they never update their site. I miss UPS and FedEx.

100 % DONT USE ONTRAC DELIVERY !!!!…

This was delivered by Ontrac for AMAZON . I text & left a message with ONTRAC for the driver . It said please ring the DOOR BELL 2nd floor TOP BELL. It's a 2 floor house, VERY EASY , ITS IDIOT PROOF !! Well I heard the gate, before I could take 1 step.HE THREW IT UPWARDS 5 steps it's a foldable & 6ft portable table . HE THREW IT UPWARDS & IT sounded like a 2 cars had an accident 😳!! A large BOOM !! Plus he NEVER RANG THE BELL !!! Walk. To his car & left the gate open so it could be STOLEN !! He got into a Grey mini van !! I will cancel any of my orders that use this BULLSHIT 💩 ONTRAC DELIVERY SERVICE !! IF I see AMAZON USES THEM AGAIN !! First experience with this co

First experience with this co. Placed my orders with Chewy. Package went from Pittston PA to NJ , huh? Then back to Lewisberry & my home in Dover. My box was 25 lbs & was sitting behind our mailbox. On the ground in the wet grass. This is at the road 300 feet of stone lane to the doorstep. Where they should have left it. Fed Ex & Ups & Amazon are all good here. Why is a great company like Chewy using this horrible company?

On March 20th my landlord had knocked…

On March 20th my landlord had knocked on my door to inform me that my entire yard was flooded in case I had to go anywhere to be careful he was in the process of fixing a busted pipe. I was expecting my package to be delivered and wasn't expecting for the driver to get their feet soaked so I had specifically left delivery instructions for them to call me I'll get my feet soaked, instead they ,eft my package in my yard anyways like as if the box was waterproof. By the time I received the notification that my package was delivered the box was soaked and my brand new tablet was ruined. Itis not the sellers responsibility to replace it nor is it mine. I sent theman email right away to inform them about this incident and it obviously was ignored.

OnTrac is a terrible company

OnTrac is a terrible company. Although Home Depot has great customer service, they chose a very bad carrier to deliver their products. OnTrac lies to the customer, provides zero support, and makes up lies to cover their ineptness. Home Depot, please use another carrier. This terrible service from OnTrac has cost me hundreds of dollars that I cannot recover!

OnTrack is under the same umbrella as…

OnTrack is under the same umbrella as Laser Ship and Project 44 delivery services. Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack both use these delivery services and this is very unfortunate. Their system is totally AI generated, so getting realtime answers and service is merely impossible. Delivery drivers are contract drivers. Their website states: "Packages to residences typically arrive between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your local time zone on your scheduled date of delivery" Well, that is not the case. On Saturday, 03/22/26 my package(s) were loaded into the drivers vehicle at 10:45AM and were delivered at 10:30PM. Not to my front door, as I have listed on my profile, but in front of side of the house garage doors. The driver drove down our long driveway (in pitch black dark) and put the packages behind one of our garage doors. Thank goodness we didn't back over them with our car! This company is 'hit and miss' and we never know where they are going to leave packages and when they will be delivered. NO delivery drivers should be coming onto our property at 10:30pm at night! Nordstrom should do better!

Hollister needs to change their…

Hollister needs to change their delivery company which is OnTrac. Driver threw my package about 20 feet and package was opened up. I tracked down driver who ran to his unlicensed illegal van. I found him adoijd corner and tried to speak to him. When I told him he threw my package he immediately sped off.

I contacted Hollister and the girl said 3 times she did not have a supervisor. I told her I was recording conversation and I woild post info. She found a supervisor who said I needed to contact OnTrac. Yhe number he gave me and every other number I tried to find for OnTrac was disconnected or did not allow you to even select options on how to handle. His way of fixing it was to offer a 30% discount on "my next order". well if I'm having a problem I will not be using your company again if nothing gets done about the problem, so nobody cares about discount, they want the problems fixed so nobody else has to go through hours of tracking people down.

I want a Hollister higher up manager to contact me reference my experience. I have video, audio and photos to share reference incident.

Do not order anything from Hollister until they switch delivery companies who actually have numbers to file complaints.

Would give them a lower score if…

Would give them a lower score if possible. Delivered package to the wrong house, sent a photo showing the door number where they left the package was not the same number as on the delivery address. Customer service claimed they investigated and determined the package was actually delivered, so nothing to be done. Horrible.
