I purchased a ticket and never recieved it. I have submitted a complaint to every contact detail possible and have not recieved a response. Worked fine before this. Got scammed out of a ticket and had to purchase another.

The new updated booking system for tickets is a lot easier with the new layout.
There are more options for upcoming days such as 4 days prior where the old booking system only showed and allowed you to book tickets for the same day.
A lot clearer and spaced out which makes it quicker and easier to use.
Good decision to update the ticket system
The system is really easy to use. Great addition to Eden Softplay.
Use this booking system all the time for Eden Softplay and it’s super easy, intuitive and compatible with a load of different payment types. Would be amazing if it supported ApplePay as well 👍🏻

I recently intergrated Ontapp ticketing into my business. The expereince for me as someone who runs a business that relies on a seamless booking experinece has been fantastic. It is lightyears ahead of other services i have used before, and the team have been fantsatically accomodating. Would reccomned Ontapp tickets to any venue looking to improve their event creation flow and ease of use for customers.
