Cashless is only a claim- pathetic service

When i started looking for insurance for my retail staffs, i came across Onsurity. On file, everything looked good, till the time my staff had claims. In one case, staff had to arrange money, pay the hospital and leave even though it was a cashless claim and onsurity and its TPA Mediassit didn't approve claim even after 8 hrs of waiting. Later once the approval came after 2 days, the hospital refunded the staff. In the most recent case, the staff was admitted, the MediAssist team kept on asking the same document, exactly the same document again and again to the hospital, daily, even though the hospital had already submitted. Even after a week, the claim is not approved and staff paid directly and left hospital. The hospital insurance staff mentioned that they have never came across such poor service from an insurance provider. Even after me complaining multiple times to Onsurity on their Gooddoctor email id, they just reply saying they tried calling you and i didnt pickuup. They might have tried from a highly spammed number which most services block automatically. so i asked them to put queries on a mail, which they refused to do. They are a scam and they refuse to pay for claims. Customer service is nearly non-existent. Please use the services of known providers or banks and dont just go by price.

My father recently underwent surgery and I was naturally anxious about managing the hospitalisation and insurance process simultaneously. Onsurity made it remarkably smooth. The cashless claim was processed without any hassle — no endless paperwork, no back and forth. What truly stood out was the support from their team — knowledgeable, empathetic, and always a call away. The settlement was swift, and we could focus entirely on my father’s recovery rather than worrying about bills. Grateful to the entire Onsurity claims team for being there when it mattered most. Highly recommend!

Very poor/ No reimbursement resolution/ Poor Customer Service

I have applied for reimbursement for the first time with the company a few months back...the Onsuirity team have asked for detailed medical documents multiple times. After multiple discussions with the hospital, I arranged the sufficient and all possible documents and submitted via the email. In the last...when it came to day where they need to review and approve the claim, they have requested for the document which is impossible to generate atleast in a legal way. Later after weeks I received a call and they are now asking for a two page discharge summary document while the hospital provides only one...I've taken reimbursement successfully from other companies previously with same kind of documents. The Onsuirity is not helpful at all.

Also, they takes 2-3 months to only to collect the documents from you without taking any solid action towards resolution.

Scammer , Government should take action

Worst service ever, I don't know why my company choose this insurance.
It's been a 60 days but haven't received any claim, every week they ask for new documents till now I have submitted :
Hospital detailed bill
Hospital discharge summary
Pre evaluation report
Pre surgery report
Post Ablation report
Medicine purchase bill
Government ids

Still they are asking past 3 year report , I have already mentioned I have never gone for checkups, a week ago of surgery checkup started

The point is after 60 days also they are not willing to give single rupee

I think the name should be Self service…

I think the name should be Self service Insurance. Because they just take payments and share link and do it by yourself. If any problem will be there they will suggest tell employees to download app and process. 😂. Pahle aap timepass karo fir employees se timepass karvao fir b issue gaya to call nahi uthate. 😂

REAL FRAUD. ALERT

These guys are REAL FRAUD. Don't give response after raising request of claim, When you ask they denied by saying you are not eligible. This happened not only once, it happens more than 3-4 times with me. I have their policies for 2 years and not even SINGLE RUPEE I get back in terms of medical expenses, neither me nor my relationship person I added

Worst Service... Don't Trust

Very poor customer service. It's almost 2 months I raised claim and submitted all the required documents also insurer completed physical verification but still there is no update about the reimbursement. Every time when I contact Onsurity team they just give a same answer with new date since last one month.
I recommend always buy the insurance directly from the insurer company but NEVER through Onsurity.

Very worst customer service and worst…

Very worst customer service and worst medical insurance. I claimed for the reimbursement it's already been 15days still I don't see the progress. I faced so much of inconvenience. I never recommend this medical insurance to anyone.
