Zero customer service! They sent me totally different product and kept convincing me that the product is correct. By the way, they based in China, not USA or Dubai. Someone is doing drop shipping, I beleive!

This people are a big scam, they stole my money, I ordered 3 months ago, and the package never arrived. Please don't put your credit card in this website. They are a thieves.

Scam!!!! I ordered a weed puller. I tracked it from “Italy” to the US. It never made it to my home. I contacted the company and USPS. The tracking number was not legitimate with USPS. This has to be a federal crime. I’m out $32! No one came to my home with a package that day or the next. I have multiple professional cameras from ADT and they pick up all motion. Filing a complaint with the BBB!

I would give zero stars if I could. This company portrays itself as a legitimate site, but it is just a scam. Their written policy says an order may be canceled for a full refund if requested before the order is processed and shipped. I canceled 30 minutes after placing the order, then was given the run around for a few days before receiving fake shipping estimates from France. Told me I could get a refund only after I received the product and didn't like it.

1.i tried to order bra's, buy 1 get 2 free. i wanted 3 white . 3 black. After over a month i finally received 2 black bra,s. The ugliest ill fitting bras ive ever seen. Nothing like the picture. Tried to put 1 on i ended up witha band squashing my breast flat .a chest full of hooks an eyes and the same on th straps. On top ohf that you took £ 124 out of my account. You could have the bras back but i cant get a return address for themm as i thought i was ordering off wish. Who you stuck your ad in the middle of.so you can send me a return address a nd then refund my money. The full £124 youve had out of my account. Thank you very much.

Im in the same boat as a lot of other people, the bra doesn't fit...not even close . When I asked to return it and get a refund, they do not want to know, This company is a scam in so many ways Don't buy from them!!!

I purchased a bra from here and am a large lady it was too small for my sister who is a size 12 I asked for return label only to be told I had ordered that bra so I should gift it to somebody they offered $ 4 which was an insult never going to buy off this site people BEWARE

I received a bra I ordered which was nothing even close the right size or quality as described & despite several emails I was offered a refund of $3 which was an insult. No address to return the product - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I wish I had read reviews before giving them my money!

After waiting over 4 weeks for the goods, and contacting paypal to cancel the payment due to not receiving the goods they finally arrived today.
Would not even fit a child, wished i had read these reviews first.

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing! I also purchased the Bra's that were advertised as being suitable for a larger chested lady, to receive what I could only describe as not big enough to fit 1 of my breasts in. The return policy states "100% satisfaction guarantee or a full no questions asked exchange or refund"
I am 9 emails in and they will not supply a return address, or offered any refund - in fact they told me to give the items away, if I wanted to spend money on other people, that is what I would have done.
I am not holding out much hope of ever seeing my money again.

If I could give a minus rating I would. Made a purchase did not fit and I was never approve a refund. Purchases 51CAD WAS OFFERED 3USD AS REFUND.

this company are a scam payed 36pounds and put right size in what I received would not fit a child trying to get money back is impossible they offered me 4american dollers do not buy from this firm they are a joke

very bad products! I ordered push up bra's, put they only make my breasts very flat, because the bra's are made of very strong material, without any place for a breast. So exelent for woman who want to be very flat on the breastparty. Comes from HONGKONG, on their site they give you the impression they come from UK. NEVER BUY HERE !!

I agree with all reviews. Very poor service. They are true robbers. Don't buy this product. Absolute scams.The sizes are wrong. quality is poor. They charge you almost double. Money is gone
They promise buy1 and 2 products free but that will not happen.

God I wish I had of found this before. I am getting all the same bs. Bra didn’t fit and now I’m at the sorry can’t give you a refund. Please do not purchase from this company money is too hard to come buy and they will keep it.

Like everyone else I wish I had seen reviews before stupidly buying. They are a scam. Bra is generic sizing and doesn’t fit. They don’t care. Customer service is a joke and you have nowhere to go as you don’t know where they’ve come from other than America.
Save your money and sanity, DONT BUY FROM HERE,

I ordered a bra that didn't fit at all and it had a different colour.
My complaint was answered with standard AI. I "should send a photo", which they then confirmed as correct delivery. I "should give it away", when I'm not satisfied.
I didn't get an returning address because it would be too expensive for me to send it back.

Haven't read an information before ordering there, but I've learned from my mistakes. Never again onschedule.com!

Should have read the reviews before I ordered as they are absolutely correct! I ordered specific bra size only to receive a generic size instead that didn't fit. When tried to follow the customer returns process I simply received replies on rotation about trying to resolve but no detail of return address so I could return and get refund. Definitely a scam.
