Just posted this on ActionFraud...
"On 24th September I was looking online for a payday loan. There were loads of popups and other ads, and one of them asked to check my bank details, authorising them to take a few pence from my account. I assumed this was for loans purposes. Now on November 26th a payment has been taken from my account for 29.50, on subscription. This was for Onsavings, a trading style of Pixel Marketing Ltd. I sent an email protesting the subscription, and a reply came saying my account was now cancelled, but due to it being over 14days, no refund would be made. I tried repeatedly sending emails to demand my money back. People looking for payday loans are desperate. This company tricks them into parting with money they don't have."
If anyone is interested, the company is run by Alexandra Dewar, and the company address is 259 Market Street, Whitworth, Rochdale, England, OL12 8TF
This is of course publicly available data.
Absolute joke of a company when you are…
Absolute joke of a company when you are searching for loans and this automatically signs you up to there service without agreeing to anything basically commiting fraud , then email asking for a refund which they say they cannot do as past 14 days , to then 2 mongth down the line they have tried to take another payment stay well clear.

FRAUDULENT
FRAUDULENT! They take money from you even without asking from you. You can’t even get hold of them to stop, your bank has stop block payments
Avoid - they are parasites
Same as everyone else on here. My partner was looking for a loan, they take 14p out of your bank and thats you signed up. Our bank actually called my partner and queried it, he said he didnt recognise it and to stop it, it came out and earlier this month again. I called them last week and they said they would cancel the contract and refund the £59 in total and would receive it within 5 days. Called again yesterday and was told it should be back in our account today. Had to call today and was told they dont refund money as its outside of the 30 days, told her I wanted to speak to a Supervisor who said the same. Told her to check the calls as I was told differently. They dont care, they are scamming people! Please please please watch what you are allowing when looking for a short term loan. They are parasites praying on people in need and laughing at you
Would give 0 stars of I could
Would give 0 stars of I could. Terrible company who took £29.50 out of my account. Apparently I signed up for this but they cannot provide proof that I have done so. Will be taking this matter further
I am the same as everyone else by…
I am the same as everyone else by treating the comments. I too have had two payments of £29.50 taken out of my bank. Raised with bank but also sent company an email to which I got a reply back saying no money has been taken! So screenshot of transactions sent back to them. See if I get a reply.
How are they allowed to do this?
Just the same as everybody else here. Scammed and no chance to cancel the payment with my Bank. Lloyds doesn't give me the option unless I have their agreement to do so. Whomever own this scamming business is well connected politically and financially otherwise they wouldn't be allowed to operate.
Absolutely vile praying on people who…
Absolutely vile praying on people who clearly are struggling.
I will be taking this further if my two payments are not refunded.
Just had a baby and do not need conned out of money
Just been charged £29.50 as everyone SCAMMED
Just been charged £29.50 as everyone else. I have absolutely no idea why last bit of money in my account im fuming. No in voice, no confirmation email. Ive emailed the company if i dnt hwt a response ill take this further, ive got family members who work in fraud investigation. This is clearly fraud will be contacting my bank and fca if not resolves.
A bit of reassurance for some people after reading these views. I phoned the company and they canceled the subscription and refunded me which was received within 30mins. Hopefully others will get the outcome i got.
Same as everybody else
Same as everybody else, noticed a payment going out not recognised, it’s when I was looking for a loan, but didn’t sign up to anything, but this company obviously got my details, it’s a pending payment, I’ll be getting it returned once it comes out of pending SCAMMERS!
Stay away from loans, these days they charge way to much interest like crazy amounts, and whether u go for the loan or not, these sharks get you.
I think it’s from my card details , so maybe you all need to tell bank you have lost your card and get a new one, then they can’t take another payment.
You should email the company and tell them to cancel whatever you’re meant to be subscribed to like I just have, and either they return my money or the bank will , as they are a scam!
Awful
Wouldn’t even give one star, awful experience, to start with I didn’t sign up to this it was a loan company I was trying to get and they have somehow gave my details, checked bank today so could get electric and this company has took money out my bank again this is the 2nd time even though I contacted bank the first time, unable to cancel the pending transaction and now unable to get electric for my house don’t go near, now to contact solicitors to try and get this resolved as every time I try and phone their number I’m like 20 in the cue and no I’m not staying on hold to be charged even more in phone calls. Solicitor booked for tomorrow 😡
Update been to solicitor and they are going to the FCA about this so I will hopefully get my money back
Again same as everyone on here I…
Again same as everyone on here I remember applying for a loan where I had to verify my identity, a 14p charge from my bank. Never was there any indication that I was signing up for anything, I was refused said loan anyway, so thought nothing of it until low and behold I have now been charged 29.50 from my account. I have had no correspondence from onsavings to inform me I had signed up to anything and if I had I would have cancelled straight away as I would be paying for a service that hasn't helped me one bit!!!!!, I want a refund as I have now been left overdrawn!!!!,
Just seen a pending transaction on my…

Praying on the vulnerable another stress not needed

So I just wanted to share my experiance, regarding a scale that has been started with payday loan companies and to warn people in the future about the signs.
I signed up for a payday loan about a month ago and was accepted. They’d asked for my details and requested a chargeback of 14p through my banking app, which I thought was to verify what was needed. The verification gone through, but I didn’t go ahead with the loan as the interest was ridiculous, so I didn’t accept.
Fast forward a month and I have a payment of £29.50 taken out of my account from a company called onsavings, never heard of them nor would I sign up to them as I already have a service that searches discounts for me.
I called my bank to ask about this charge, got told that I’m not the first this to report this. They couldn’t do anything about this as I’d given my details for verification and therefore had accepted their services. The only way I would be able to get my money back was to call the “company” (I say company but in reality it isn’t that once I learnt more regarding it)
I called them and before I could even say anything the agent started with “I assume you are here to cancel?”, cancel? I didn’t even verify who I was… after I’d given my details I proceeded to ask why they’d taken my money out of my account and what service I was paying for. The agent then said because I had not cancelled the service within 14 days they were unable to refund me. I made my thoughts clear and stated I didn’t pay for this service, I verified my bank details for a payday loan, therefore they had committed fraud by signing me up to it.
I did some research regarding them, and lo and behold I was not the first to deal with them.
