1 of the worst services I have ever experienced
I have been trying to get in touch for weeks but I can't get in.
I want to go into my account and suddenly I can't get in and when I ask for a new password it says it will be sent but it doesn't. It also doesn't end up in my spam mail or anything. I have been trying to get in touch for several weeks but it doesn't work. Now I also got a coupon from him last week that he gave me weeks too late that worked due to a mistake. I did get an apology but the method is still the same and very bad bad. I have been trying to request my invoices etc. for 4 weeks now but I can't get in touch but he is spamming my mail with new sample packages. So just a hassle here and not recommended. The only thing that is okay a bit are the samples but for the rest don't expect anything and just hope that you get into your account.

Hi! Just now saw this review, and I apologise for the experience you've had. I've just looked up your order, and refunded the full amount. Next to that, I've sent over a code on email so you can download the pack again. The account creation process has been updated, and doesn't have any issues any more. That way you can still access the pack through your new account, and you got the refund for the experience. Apologies once again.
