What a scam. Ordered from them not heard a word no delivery of what I ordered. Just stay away what a big SCAM. Should be ashamed of what yous are doing SCUMBAGS.

Ordered furniture, and they canceled the order. No refund. Now trying to deal with it through my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
The business addresses are a building site and a terraced house in WAKEFIELD.

Shocking company and a scam, no delivery and no refund AVOID

Reasons why you should avoid Only Furniture. If I can help any of you avoid this situation and unprofessionalism then it’s worth the long message.
Not one for posting moany feedback posts but…
My Dad placed an order for table on the 3/7/23
No update so chased on the 21/7/23
Called and phone was answered after 15 calls Told “I got no clue, think it’s next week, it’ll be in an email today”
No email that day or any day.
Called 38 times in one day-no answer
Posted on Facebook page, quick answer telling me phone lines down and emails had been replied to.
Note they called be back at the end of the day saying they had seen a missed call from me but the phone likes were down 🤷🏻‍♀️
Email had not been replied to so I was told to message on fb and it would be resolved
No reply
They replied and I got told it was because I emailed enquires@ as advised on the website and it should be sales@ as Apparently they don’t check queries @ often as they don’t get complaints. Finding that hard to believe. Also correct me if I’m wrong but queries is queries right not just complaints.
By now I’m thinking it’s a scam and not a real company and they still can’t tell me when the or if the furniture will arrive.
So I ask for a full refund by the end of the day or I will contact the bank claiming it’s fraud
Reply: “I will get your order cancelled
Thank you very very much 😊”
Oh and now they reply: “BTW I have emailed someone that ur order is due to be delivered next week”
I ask who they’ve sent that too and guess what, no reply and no email.
This was all on the 22nd Aug.
On the 31st I message advising the money had still not been refunded.
Reply: “I don't have access
Order page says cancelled and refunded
For reconciliation account department has to be involved”
I am then told they can’t deal with it as accounts dept have no one in it and it will be dealt with tomorrow.
1/8/23Tomorrow comes and I remind them.
No reply at all
I then get my first professional response and think wow okay so there is actually someone who can run a company and am advised to get a charge back from the bank
I reply asking what date the refund transition was and my reply was
“Good Morning
We have issued the refund. I got no idea why it’s not issued. Contact your bank”
I asked them to answer the question and I reminded them that I didn’t ask if the refund had been made or not. I then asked them to get the professional person who emailed me to email me again as it seemed like it was an adolescence replying to me.
I did then receive an email from the person who seemed very professional advising me that there was an issue and the payment didn’t seem to be able to go through. However, if I send over the bank details they would do a direct transfer as soon as they received them. Two days later, the money has still not been transferred and no update.
They don’t answer the phone, if you do get replies they don’t know what they are doing or what they are on about and the replies you do get are mostly as if a teenager is replying and that is an insult to teenagers.
