I have not received my formula as it is hung up in customs. The reason given was "Description provided is insufficient to classify commodity." It has been over a week and now I don't trust the quality of this formula given that it has not been stored properly. I've reached out to the company and have not received a response.

It's been over 2 weeks and my order…
It's been over 2 weeks and my order hasn't shipped yet. I sent 2 messages and haven't received an update as to what's going on. Would love to hear back and hear they are at least working on it. Not upset, just frustrated.

Update: It has already been a month and still no news about my formula. I will be contacting to get a refund.
