Excellent customer service (Declan)

The agent who helped me was great and understood my pain. I had my last money to go home with, then it automatically paid my account... how ever Mr Declan help me to get refund. Yes I am terrified but he's a calm person and that relieved my stress. Thank you so much.

Absolute scam of a site. Avoid

Absolute scam of a site. Tried to pay for parking in Dublin and got scammed by this company which also managed to take payments for 3 other companies simultaneously.

They then proceeded to take further money 3 days after despite my email to cancel and refund requests already outstanding.

Refused to refund the money as it was the worlds most useless credit on their site. How anyone would trust them with their finance I will never know.

You'll get lots of info about terms and conditions which are that we have your money and we will never give it back. I must be a magician to read 4 seperate terms and conditions for 4 seperate websites, fill in my card details and authorise payment within the space of 60 seconds!

Absolutely diabolical.
