What you see it what you get... but be careful with sizes.

My order arrived earlier than expected and everything was there. One of the scarves was smaller than anticipated. I went back online and realized that it was my mistake. So I would say double check the size of the scarf you are ordering. Two scarves may look as if they were the same size on the pictures but they may not be. Aside from that it's all good.

You guys were awesome to ship my package on time!

I had mentioned in the comments and paid for rush shipping because I had a birthday party that weekend and needed the bandanas for some awesome party favors--and they arrived in time! They were really fun and a lot of my friends ended up wearing their bandanas by the end of the night! Best birthday ever! Thank you!

great product great service

while the product came i a day late the mail the mail isn't perfect the product was perfect the colors were nice and i recommend onlybandannas.com to everyone while i'm new to online shopping i will continue to shop at onlybandannas.com i'm very happy with the service and product

Excellent!

There was an error with my order so I emailed them. Two days later I got the correct item with no hassle whatsoever. Very thoughtful company. Definitely will order from here again.

Everything was great!

I purchased two bandanas and they came sooo much quicker than I expected! (Which I expected to take forever since I live in Alaska) And they are a great quality! I would buy a bandana from here for anyone in my family and recommend. :)

Bandana

I ordered a bandana from this company. I liked the swift and clean ordering process, although for a company that is only about 4 states away from where I live it did take much longer than expected. Overall care of the product was nice and everything was intact upon arrival. I would order from this company again.

No problems with my transaction

Ordered about 15 new paisley design bandanas for ranch work. They have already been pressed into service as poison ivy bandages and worked well. They arrived in a timely manner as described in the size I requested. I'll continue to do business with these folks.

Still have not received my order..

I ordered a couple of bandanas about a month ago and still have not received any of them. I tried tracking my confirmation number but it tells me that the tracking information is unavailable.... I will not be ordering from this company again and I do not recommend this company to anyone. Luckily I did not have a special occasion that I needed these bandanas or I would be even more upset!

Awful

Your email states "If you received your order and it came as expected, please let us know by leaving seller feedback. " well mine did not come as expected . It was awful! I ordered these bandanas for a certain event coming up and I didn't get my order until after the event . I had placed my order sept 27 and I didn't receive it until the weekend of Oct 12th. I will never order from this place again !

Absolutely horrible customer service!

I ordered three bandanas and was told they were in stock. I received only two and got no explaination as to the third one. After e-mailing to inquire, I had to wait several days for an answer which was very curt. I was only told that it looked like my account had been credited. After attempting to reach them again to ask if I would receive my third bandana when it came back in stock or if I would need to re-order, the answer was that I had been told my account looked as if it had been credited. To this day, I have heard nothing else. I will never do business with this company again and would advise anyone else to steer clear of them. Absolute worst customer service ever!!!
