The agent addressed my query very logically and creatively. I was dealt with openly and fairly and s/he responded to my request for email confirmation.

These guys have been transferring bank money randomly anytime where I've have to get a new card several times and they still have access dispute reporting fraud.

These lowlifes hijacked my computer to take me to their site against my will. Never give them your bank details. Obviously criminals.

They promised to give me refund after submitting this review but I don’t know yet if they are gonna give my money back.

I am not aware that I have subscriptions in yoga fit and they deducted an amount in my gotyme bank without giving any details. Thanks to Van cause I was able to refund my 50% subscription.

Good service by the team and Issue addressed

I’ ll edit my review since they say to review “problem solved” to issue my refund but then, I don’t receive any refund on my account. It’s an honest mistake and I ask them nicely for the refund since I could’nt use that subscription but it’s been 13 days and no refund received.

I was not able to use the account since I do not know how I was subscribed to it, but the company was great in processing my account cancellation. The support staff is great! Thank you for the assistance Emerald

I somehow found i was signed up for something I didn't intend to sign for. As soon as I could, I applied to cancel my subscription which was done almost immediately. Thanks for the help Kenny.
