I have ordered twice from the company and it is really excellent quality, it has been down 1 week and it has started to grow. I am really pleased and wouldn't have a problem recommending this company for product, delivery and the professionalism of the delivery drivers.

From first looking at the website, everything was easy. The choices are well explained and it is made easier by showing you how to measure. We collected our delivery from the car park in the village as I live down a very narrow lane, wasn't an issue at all.
I had a very small area to turf but size isn't everything, so I now have a beautiful, lush, green piece of 'stadium'.
Approved well and truly by the dog. She loves to lie and roll on it.

We opted for stadium turf and ordering was easy. We telephoned on our chosen delivery day to discuss the logistics of placing pallets on the roadside. Not a problem. Two pallets arrived at 12.15. By 5 pm we were looking at a beautiful new lawn. Next we were lucky with two days of solid rain. One week later we are looking at a very healthy lush emerald lawn. Quality outstanding!

Ordered online and delivered when requested. Delivery was to a sensible location to allow me to move it to the designated plot of ground we had prepared for the turf.

Wow...is this turf good. Within a week, it appears to have meshed together perfectly, it is growing well and it is difficult to resist the temptation to cut it. I could not be more pleased with the pallet of turf I purchased and has made a huge difference to the garden

The delivery was great but it was Sod’s Law somebody blocked the drive that day, soon overcome by the delivery driver.
The turf was in good condition and palleted and looks pristine in the garden.

Ordered our turf, it was due to be delivered on the hottest weekend and I was worried that we couldn't lay it until the next day, so I contacted online turf who gave me some constructive advice, they didn't just deliver the turf, they followed up with advice a couple of weeks later on when to do the first cut. The lawn has been layed 3 weeks now, had its first cut, not too short and is still looking lush.

I had to change my order a couple of times before delivery, and the customer service was great…very easy to contact and extremely helpful. The Rye gold turf is fantastic and after one week is looking great. The turf was great value and arrived on time with free delivery. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish, would highly recommend.

Ordered turf for the first time from

I have to say I was initially a little nervous in ordering my turf from an online company (vs someone local), however my fears turned out to be completely unfounded. The turf was delivered on time, by a very helpful delivery person, and it was well packed. Every one of the 50 turfs was of a very high quality, all the same size, with no dodgy pieces. The grass was lush, without any weeds with a good thick soil base. Looking now at the turf a week or so later it is already growing very nicely (partly thanks to all the rain :).

From start to finish, the whole process was excellent, we gave them the measurements and they calculated the amount of turf we needed, they explained the various turf that they supply and the one they recommended was very good, the delivery man was also great putting the pallets of turf exactly were we asked him to, we laid the lawn over a weekend and so far almost 2 weeks later the turf looks to have taken really well, it’s looking very lush and green and we can hardly wait to give it the first mow, we cannot recommend this company highly enough.

They accommodated a change in delivery date and brought the pallet down our road on a trolley as it was too narrow for their lorry. Friendly delivery team and very happy with the turf which is looking good. Highly recommended.

Online Turf were outstanding from going online to browse and order to getting the quality turf delivered. The ordering process was simple to navigate and the additional advice online helped me. The turf came when it should have and the delivery person was very helpful by placing the pallet as near as I could get to the garden.
The turf is of superb quality and was easy to lay (I have a prosthetic leg and tasks like this can prove difficult). I followed Online Turf’s advice and I am seeing an amazing lawn just one week after laying it.
I only give feedback when it is deserved and as you can read, Online turf wholeheartedly desrve this mention. I will certainly recommend them to others.
